Dr Chan came highly recommended from another doctor whom I trust. I made an appointment to see Dr Chan based on the recommendation. I went to my appointment looking forward to discussing my concerns with Dr Chan yet I met with his PA. This is in no way meant to slight the PA. She appeared to be knowledgeable and competent however I made my appointment with the doctor. Nobody told me I would be seeing the PA. I look forward to meeting Dr Chan hopefully in the near future. I have to add that while the front desk crew were very polite and professional the staff sitting outside the examination rooms were rather loud and ( I thought) inappropriate. Lots of loud talking, clowning around.. it just didnt seem appropriate for an office setting.
