I am VERY Pissed and Disturbed by the Professionalism of this Doctor and his staff. I use to think he was a good doctor till today. My husband and I made an appointment for him to be seen for his annual and to set up in becoming a new patient of Dr. Nessetti. We made the appointment MONTHS in advance because we wanted Dr. Nessetti to be our Family Primary Care Physician. We needed an early morning appointment because we both work the night shift. His assistant calls us the Friday before his Monday appointment stating that the Doctor changed his hours to coming in at 9:15 instead of 8:30 am. and asked if we could be there at 9am in which we agreed. We got there early at approx. 8:45 am and waited till 9:20am to even be called back. Then we went into the room and was told the Doctor would be right in. However, come 9:48 am we still had not seen or heard anything. I went and asked if he was here and they said he just sent a text that he was coming late. I understand that circumstances happen that prevent us from coming on time. However, since weve already waited darn near 2 hours to be seen and because of unforeseen circumstances we were unable to be seen at the time rendered to us months in advance; then I would think that the Office staff would try to do whatever they could to have another doctor come and see us (which is what we requested) as to do a favor for Doctor Nessetti since we were already there. However, we were told there where no appointments available and was looking at weeks more before wed be able to come in and see Dr. Nessetti. I just think that the way we were handled was very unprofessional. They did not at all care about US as a person nor our lives as well. They did not apologize for anything. Instead they made it look like well we called you and asked for you to come in later and spoke to me as if I was stupid. And this was the Office Manager for God sake! So if this is how you view your patients who really liked you initially and has spoken raving reviews about you to others then I dont need your services and will go elsewhere which is what I felt like he wanted in the first place. Dr. Nessettie...THANKS for showing me my place and for making me realize that you DONT care about your patients as a Person but rather a $$$$ sign or ####!! My advice to others...DONT GO TO HIM!!!

Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT visit this physician. This is basically an outpatient clinic. I saw Dr Nessetti once, he was charming and very good at selling his service. I have never seen him again after that. I get a different NP every time I have an office visit. They are trained to get you into the office for EVERYTHING and as much as possible in order to bill your ins. company. Their sole focus is generating revenue and it is clear they could care less about their patients. RUN in the other direction.

This by far the worst doctors office I have Ever been to, the staff is extremely rude and uncaring. I was charged for multiple tests that were not necessary, some of them twice in one visit. There office is only after Money! No one would even speak to me about the bill..I am stuck with thousands of dollars thanks to them.. Please avoid this place at all cost

Never seen more of a worthless practice in my entire life.... everytime you need anything they NEED a $50 payment ........ No schedule courtesy either ... I waited for 2 hours in this filthy office before ever being seen

The provider will purposely not give you refills on basic and simple prescriptions so that you have to pay for an office visit every time. All they care about is your money.
