I marked this review as Loved it, and really, for having a root canal done, I loved it about as much as you can. In all seriousness though, Dr. Reff and his office staff are great. Very friendly, very relaxed, very informative. Unlike other periodontists Ive been to before, they never once gave me the "You need to take better care of your teeth" speech, and were much more concerned with helping me feel and get better. Their ability to take me quickly (called them from my dentists office (who also saw me rather quickly) at 11am, and was in the chair to have my root canal done by 2pm) was an extremely welcome relief after suffering through the weekend in extraordinary pain. The calmness and friendly demeanor from everyone there also helped ease me through the procedure, and made for a very pleasant experience given what was being done. I highly recommend Dr. Reff and his team to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Dr. Reff and his staff are amazing!!!!! I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist so naturally I was very scared. I went in for a consultation and Dr. Reff made me feel so calm and relaxed and explained every detail to me. He had told me to take Valium before my appointment to calm me down and it really worked. The staff made me feel very relaxed and was there with me every step of the way. When it was over, they were so happy for me that I actually got it done and Dr. Reff even called me later in the evening to see how I was doing. No one wants to get a root canal done but if you need one I definitely recommend his office, escpecially it you have anxiety and are super nervous. If I could give this 100 stars I would. Go Dr. Reff, Tanya and all the other staff there!!

My husband went to Dr. Reff and was so happy with the procedure. A root canal is not something anyone wants to have done. Dr. Reff and his staff members were professional and reassuring. When we called the office the receptionist was so sweet and got us set up right away in the schedule so we wouldnt have to wait. She also sent us the paperwork ahead of time to get it out of the way. She answered all our questions and made the process so easy and fast. Dr. Reff is very gentle and the root canal was not in anyway as bad as he thought it would be. He was so pleased with the customer service and he feels very safe to be in Dr. Reffs experienced hands!

I would fly in to see Dr. Reff if I ever moved out of town and needed further endodontic work. He is incredibly comforting and patient. Also, he explained what he was doing throughout the procedure to ease my obvious fear of having a root canal. The office has the most recent technology, appears very clean and plays very relaxing music. I was so comfortable, I could not help but take a cat nap during the procedure! He and his staff communicated well the entire time. I highly recommend his services.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. There was no waiting time and the office is spacious and airy. Dr. Reff himself is incredibly nice and explained everything patiently and clearly. The actual procedure was quick and painless and I even got a follow up call from him that night! The technology there is new and modern and the office is paperless. I would highly recommend this doctor and practice, I myself was referred to him by a dentist who came to Dr. Reff for his own root canal!

Wow. Dr. Reff and his team provided tremendous service from start to finish for my root canal procedure. From setting an appointment with short notice, explaining the procedure, providing a comfortable and pain free procedure, to a follow up call to check on my status - that is how to take care of a customer. My experience was amazing!!! I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, as soon as I walked in the office I was set at ease. The office was quiet and calm. The staff was professional an open. Dr. Reff was calm even though I expressed hating dentist. I went from 6 days of constant pain to leaving my appt pain free. I have referred 3 of my friends who where looking for an endodontist and would return myself if need be. I am one satisfied patient!!

His staff is also exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They kept me informed even about the insurance yearly maximum so that I can plan my treatments. Root Canal I had a root canal today. Usually for me its very stressful & uncomfortable. Today was very different... I was constantly being reassured all was ok. They were really concerned about my comfort. The numbing medicine worked through the entire procedure & he didnt have to keep injecting me with more.
