Very Satisfied with Whites... excellent service, staff & doctors! My husband and I have been going to White Family Dental for quite a few years. I had been going to another dentist in the area and was experiencing a problem with nerves in my jaw. The other dentist sent me to an oral surgeon, I was diagnosed with a nerve issue and sent back to my dentist. He would ask if I had any issues and I would continually tell him yes but that was the end of it, basically his attitude was deal with it. It had gotten so bad that I needed to find another dentist. My husband had already switched to Whites and he was very pleased with the entire office & staff. So I decided to go to Whites too. At the time I didnt have any pain issues with my jaw, but I did explain it to them. They wanted to know ALL the details and the doctor said he would do some research in the meantime and if the pain started to call the office immediately. I did start to get the pain, called the office, was scheduled for an appointment right away, saw the dentist and he HAD researched my condition and prescribed medication that gave me relief. What a blessing!! Someone actually LISTENED to me and took care of me!! Im really pleased with the great service from everyone at Whites. Great hygienist, doctor, and office staff. Would recommend Whites to anyone looking for a dental practice that cares about YOU!!

White Family Dental in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania is the best dental group Ive ever visited. I have a high rate of anxiety because of past experiences. When I first started going there (I see Dr. Otto who is fantastic) they asked me a series of questions before anyone even looked in my mouth. They wanted to know what my past experiences had been and they based their care on my responses. I was really impressed with the amount of caring that EACH member of their staff has given me. No one likes to go to the dentist, but these people make it as pleasant as possible. They hygienists are wonderful; they take their time and explain everything they are doing. My dentist always has time to talk with me before a procedure and its not just idle chatter. I know shes listening because we have returned to some topics on later visits. She is also meticulous about the work that she does on my teeth. Since going to Etown Family Dental, my dental health has improved and I am not as afraid to make my checkups. I truly believe that Dr. White makes sure that ALL staff members are highly skilled, professional, and kind. The ladies who schedule appointments and deal with insurance are extremely professional and kind. This is a terrific dental office and I have recommended them to many friends and colleagues.

I selected White Family Dental many years ago when I became unhappy with my previous dental provider. I have never regretted the move. I love everything about White Family dental. Appts. are scheduled at my convenience and there are plenty of times which work for my busy life. The front desk staff are always helpful and attentive , no matter how busy or rushed they may be, they take the time to help. The dental hygiene staff are superb. Top quality in their knowledge and abilities. Always friendly and patient. I also like that no matter which hygienist I get for a regular apt, that person treats me like a member of the family. And the Drs. are amazing. I typically se Dr. White but also am very comfortable being seen and treated by any of the superb dentists at the practice. All are patient, skilled and engaged in every level of my care. I have had some extensive services at White Family dental and have been treated with optimal care. I also like that I never feel pushed or forced into accepting services or products that I do not want or perhaps cannot afford at the time. I am in charge of my own dental care. The staff and Drs. at White Family dental are there to help me achieve the best dental health possible. Highly recommend you check them out!

Nice, people, Dr White very nice dr. I received A call, saying after he n another dr discussed, I was not a GOOD fit! To get a tooth pulled? No explanation, except, my health history. I was not encouraged, to say the least. People, it is your decision, whether or not to Pull ur tooth. Sometimes it does come down to money, $3,000 may glibly fly from some folks repertoire, but for us not able to get able dental insurance, with our health plans, Its a tossup. D.W. Smiles n happy, peppy people, yes by all means , DO contribute to a positive dental experience! I couldnt agree more. :) Honestly, folks, I so wish those lovely qualities could translate into cash. But reality, being What it is, prevented my first plan , to save my tooth, then crown it. I just could not bear to see my retired husband have to work so hard, to pay for it. With a broken knee, I also have Post Concussive Syndrome, he takes care of me so well.The rest I still have no knowledge of . Things are not always what they seem. :) As matters turned out, he had been fed the Wrong conclusion, by the first dentists Assistant. I straightened it out with the correct facts. We are ,^^^"friends" again. D.W.

I have and am using a sleep apnea dental device that was made for me through Dr. Whites office. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and tried the CPAP machine. Could not get used to it and was considering major throat surgery through an ENT doctor. At my normal check up I asked Dr. White about the surgery just wanting an opinion. He told me about the dental devices for sleep apnea that they can have made. I ordered one and have been using it since. It works- I dont really snore anymore (which makes my wife happy) and I cant believe I was considering major surgery. If I had done the surgery I was told I would be out of work for at least 3 weeks- maybe longer. The device, which is like a fitted hard plastic mouthpiece, took very little getting used to, is small, easy to take when you travel and honestly works. If you have sleep apnea and cant stand the CPAP machine this is the way to go- I cant really say enough good things about it.

I was one of Dr. Whites first patients in Elizabethtown. I have been a patient for 30 years. I have always found the people at White Family Dental to be polite, courteous, patient and very, very qualified. My questions are always answered in a fashion I can understand which is important to me as I am not an expert in oral practices. I have never been disappointed or unsatisfied with any dental work I have received at White Family Dental. On occasion I have had to get a follow-up that was not scheduled due to a change in my bite or something similar and they always take me in quickly and cheerfully and address my concerns. Any referrals I have had to specialty practices have always been equally as good as what I receive at White family dental. I recommend anyone requiring dental work to see White Family Dental. I have been going there for 30 years. What more can I say?
