Today I contacted Hershey Dental Associates because my 6 year old daughter was experiencing tooth pain. I did not wish to take her back to her previous dentist, where she had been seen only once, because the dentist was rude and the practice would not allow me to accompany my daughter to the treatment room. Dr. Buehner was highly recommended by a friend. I called and explained the problem and asked if they would see her and could they accept her insurance. The staff was friendly and managed to squeeze her in within the hour that I called even though she was a new patient. They confirmed that her insurance was accepted. I contacted my insurance company to double check. A complete battle with the insurance company followed during which I obnoxiously called Hershey Dental Associates several times. They stayed patient and friendly. When finally I lost the battle with the insurance company they still agreed to see my daughter FREE OF CHARGE! The appointment was professional and friendly. They took extra care with my daughter and were extremely friendly and accommodating. They encouraged her in a way a child in pain seeing a dentist needs. And they did all of this out of the goodness of their hearts. I cannot begin to express my thanks to them. They are a wonderful dentists office and I would highly recommend them to anyone especially parents with children.

If you are one of those people who dread going to the dentist, this is the practice for you!! I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. Everyone is warm and welcoming. When I leave my teeth and gums feel great, never sore! I never feel as though I am being rushed out the door. They listen to any dental concerns you have and advise you accordingly. The exam room atmosphere is relaxing and you are made to feel comfortable. I was worried about having to find a new dentist when my husband & I moved just over two years ago, but fortunately our old dentist where we used to live suggested Dr. Ryan Buehner at Hershey Dental associates. Who by the way just happens to be Dr. Buehners father. Thank goodness the apple doesnt fall too far from the tree!

I have been going to Hershey Dental Associates since I moved to the area in 2012. It is by far the best dental practice I have ever visited. Brandi (my dental hygienist) is absolutely wonderful. She is an outstanding dental hygienist and an amazing person. Dr. Buehner (my dentist) is excellent! He is an extremely skilled in dentistry and treats his patient as if they were part of his family. His bedside manner and the way he practices medicine should be a role model for all practitioners!

Hershey Dental Associates is a wonderful office to go to from teeth cleaning to more advanced treatment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the lighting is soothing, and music relaxes you in the chair. I was never a fan of going to the dentist UNTIL I found Hershey Dental Associates!
