The ladies at the front desk are so rude, beware. I went there for a doctors appointment for my daughter and they didnt tell me until my daughter was in the dentists chair that they recently dropped my insurance and that our appointment was not going to be covered. So I stopped the appointment before it could get started and on the way out, I stopped by the front desk to discuss it with them and ask what the deal was with the insurance because i was unaware of the change... and the blonde behind the desk was so rude and was getting really nasty with me very quickly. I even tried to explain that I myself was not trying to be rude and Im sorry if I had offended her in some way, but that didnt stop her from being mean to me. She kept repeating herself as if I was stupid and missing her point. Even the short haired older lady at the corner desk was staring at me like I was some drugged out scum bag off the street. I wanted to cry... I have no idea where they got off treating me like that. They made me feel completely uncomfortable, I have never been treated like that by any doctor assistant or dental assistant before. I dont know Dr. Boyd, but she really needs to have a customer service seminar for her employees. I will not go back there or recommend.

this a horrible office, they got me in fast to be seen, then tell me they cant do anything for me and refer me to an oral surgeon, and refuse to give me any pain relief because she has "NEVER" seen me before, excuse me but she just saw me. So the surgeon cant even get me in for a consult til Friday, and I am in so much pain, (it feels like my bottom jaw has shifted from an impacted wisdom tooth and just needs to be pushed back)And Dr Boyd wont give me any pain relief, I guess I should have just went to the ER instead, I would have gotten more help there. VERY disappointed, esp with everyone telling me to go to her. She does not care about her patients!!! I got pain medication from the ER, they stated with how bad the infection was it should have been given, I am not a drug seeker, but for someone to tell me to not open my mouth all the way, (which I am not sure why I needed to open my mouth because she referred me out without even looking at it) because it is probably painful you would think they would suggest some kind of relief seeing as the oral specialist couldnt get me in for a week. just saying :)

The only reason Im giving it a one is because I cant give it a zero. I thought this place was very pleasant, as a matter of fact I was treated with the utmost respect but today you all treated my wife like garbage. First, you cancelled her appointment cause someone couldnt be there which is fine. but you tried to schedule her for sometime in May. My wife stated to you that its not her fault that the person wasnt going to be there and why did she have to wait so long?! Second, you rescheduled it for today at 3 but when she got there you said it was 2 and that someone tried to call to let her know. Now if you called and no one was home, leave a message. Plus you have our email address, I know this cause you emailed us about the appointment before. Third, now you trying to reschedule her and the next appointment is July!! Oh but wait, the person behind the counter wasnt polite at all!! Dr Boyd, this is a bad way to start but I know youre probably going to just sweep this under the rug cause were just one couple but I think you need to put that young lady at the desk in check!!

As a medical professional, I can attest to the high level of professionalism in this office. They bring every patient in promptly and deal with the issue, even if they determine that a sub specialist needs to be involved. I have been referred out and seen on the same day, because of Dr Boyd and her hard work. I am not a drug seeker or a narcotic addict, so pain medication is secondary. The office is the VERY BEST, and they treat everyone as they would treat family. Very, very satisfied, and will continue to refer all of my patients.

Love Dr. Boyd and Traci my hygienist!!! They are the best! Use to see them both at her old office...Now I drive 30 min to see her in the new office. Worth the drive wouldnt go anywhere else! The office looks GREAT! Everyone is professional and makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. If you need a Dentist or Hygienist look no further you wont find anyone better!!
