I came to Dr. Hearne as a 70 year old grandmother who was having problems maintaining and cleaning my teeth due to severe crowding on the bottom incisors. I was welcomed to the practice and we discussed the problem and the fact that I have many crowns. I feared that trying to move the teeth would impact the crowns. Dr. Hearne was knowledgeable, thoughtful and proposed several options that might help with the crowding from braces to removing one tooth. He explained that the crowns would not be a problem and he thought he could help me. Six months later all but one of the teeth are in beautiful alignment and we are working on that one. Cleaning my teeth and going to the hygienist have been much easier. No scraping and poking! I have been greeted by name and warmly welcomed by all the personnel for each office visit. My time waiting has not been longer than five minutes on any occasion and I am delighted with the "work in progress". I can see changes each week. I am looking forward to my new smile.

Terrific staff and welcoming atmosphere! However, as a teenager, the inability to obtain a time frame for when we would be proceeding (sometimes even going against their own word!) was very frustrating. They are understanding towards accidents and are very helpful, but they have undergone drastic staffing changes, so most are young and having to learn through experience. They are very sweet, but it requires a lot more time and doesnt give as confident of a feel. Dr. Hearne is very knowledgeable, but has allowed his helpful, smart, and experienced staff members to slip away and his practice is suffering due to it. However, his results are undeniable and I am very happy with my smile. Overall, great service, good people.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hearnes office. I had two kids who needed braces and found their staff to be highly efficient, their finance staff to be very helpful in guiding us through the payment process, and the overall outcome to be excellent. They were willing to work appointments around our schedule as best as they could and were always understanding when appointments needed to be rescheduled. We were always seen promptly at the times when our kids were scheduled. I cant think of one time in 5 years where I was disappointed or frustrated with any part of the service I received at Dr. Hearnes office. I would gladly recommend his orthodontic practice to anyone.

Very Pleased with Dr. Hearnes office and everyone in it. From the very first consultation everyone was pleasant and helpful. The estimate that they gave me was right on point, and they stuck to both the estimate and the timeline they gave from the beginning. Financially speaking, they were even on top of communicating with the insurance companies, especially since we switched in mid treatment. I would recommend this Orthodontic group to anyone. Wonderful experience, and my sons teeth and smile look awesome!!

I absolutely love Smile Orthodontics. The service they provide at the office is phenomenal. Dr. Hearne is marvelous. He has been a family orthodontist for over 15 years. Hes helped me gain self confidence when I smile, as well as when I talk to my peers. Df. Hearne is very outgoing and family oriented. If I had to get braces again I would come back here. Great customer service and quality work. I give them a 10/10 hands down. Exceptional service!! I absolutely love it here. Nevertheless, my brand new smile.

Always, quick, kind, and courteous service is given from Dr. Hearn to all the assistants, reception, and financial assistant. The office is well maintained and is a happy place to be! The staff always looks and behaves in a very professional manner. And the entire office is very, very clean! Also my younger children love to come with their older brother because they love the little play area even thought they are 8 and 10. :) Thank you!!!

Not only are they qualified, but they have great caring and compassionate skill in working with younger children.
