I have not been to a dentist in a very long while, and I was very apprehensive, but knew that my dental health had been neglected for far too long. I was amazed by how attentive, patient, and courteous the staff was. I was welcomed warmly by the front desk staff, I received a tour and laughs from my hygienist Alisha who took her time to explain step by step everything she was doing, what she intended to do, and how it may feel. Then I met the dentist Dr. Holness she thoroughly explained my treatment plan and why there was a need for certain procedures. Finally I met the finance specialist Niola she explained the numerous ways that I could pay for procedures and did a breakdown of my coverage allowances, and deductibles. This is a business that definitely prides themselves on being sure their customers are satisfied during every step of their experience.

This is the best dental office visit I have EVER had. First impressions go a long way. The office is nicely decorated and elegant, the staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. They take the time to explain everything you need to know, give you a tour of the office, and offer an indepth questionnaire to help drive your experience and set the expectations YOU want for your dentist. Dr. Holness was very friendly, kind, willing to listen, and knowledgeable. They use the latest technology, and are thoughtful enough offer you protective glasses as you are in the chair, a warm/moist towel when you finish, lip balm, and a tooth cleaning kit upon departure. Even having classical music or jazz playing in the office is a very nice touch. I will definitely be a regular and recommend anyone to come here. You will be thoroughly pleased.

Ever since I was little, I have always had a fear of going to the dentists. Upon entering Bowie Dental Wellness for the first time, I was immediately impressed by the first-class professionalism by Dr. Holness and her staff. Not only were they tremendously accommodating to both my dental needs and concerns, but they were also great in setting forth a "down to earth" atmosphere, which included watching tv during dental procedures. Ultimately, Bowie Dental Wellnesss goal to make their clients as comfortable as possible is immediately apparent upon entering, and I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was the last patient on a Wednednesay evening, but everyone took their time with me as if I were the first patient. Dr. Holness is very knowledgeable and took the time to sit down and go through my Xryas in order to discuss potential dental problems with me. There are many luxuries in this office including a kuerig coffee machine with many choices of drinks, a personal tv above my head, a warm towel to wipe my face after the procedure, and a "goody" bag. The whole atmosphere and experience was peaceful, polished, and professional.

Where to start. Ive never liked going to the dentist even as a kid for number of reasons. But this place felt like a spa, very relaxing. The staff were very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all professional. I left that place numb and with a smile. Theres just not enough stars to select from to express how I really feel.
