My 20 month old daughter fell out of the kitchen chair and fractured her front two teeth about 4pm Sunday evening. I called this dentist which shes seen before around 8pm once we realized her teeth were fractured. They tout their emergency line all over their website, but the person I got in contact with told me that since the doctor was out of town I would just have to bring my daughter in first thing Monday morning. They opened at 9am Monday morning and we walked through the door at 8:56am. The doctor examined my daughter and she went through the process with no problem not even a flinch or cry. End result Dr. Adrian Wilson says that she will need to be sedated, the front two teeth cleaned, then they can fully tell if they can put a crown on the teeth or if the fractures are too bad they will have to extract. Her front two teeth are fractured horizontally and about halfway down her teeth. Honestly the doctor seemed too reluctant to do anything and he even stated that they were totally booked today and the front desk staff should be able to check when they were available to do the cleaning and procedure. I again reminded him that this was an emergency and that they also have a Lanham office so could they check to see if they could do it soon. Long story short the Lanham office was not willing to do it either and the Bowie office said they wouldnt be able to give us an appointment until around August 10, 2017. Today is July 24, 2017. This office and doctor have no sense of what a dental emergency is and when asked all they could come up with is no one is available to sedate her at the Lanham office and the Bowie office just flat out refused emergency services. We sat in the office for about an hour and saw other kids her age getting ready for their sedation appointments. I will NEVER return to this office, Ive already scheduled an appointment with a more respectful office who once I told them about this horrible experience they set us up for a consultation appointment for tomorrow (July 25th) and the sedation appointment on Wednesday (July 26th). My recommendation would be to not spend one cent with this business. Its obvious that they cant handle even a routine dental emergency for a child and that is deplorable!!!

I drive nearly 25-30mins just cause the staff is great and my kids love it here. I was going to another dentist they claimed my son needed 7 fillings done! I came here to check and ended up only needing 2! They do their job just right.
