I hadnt yet found a dentist in the DMV area and I soon set my sights on Watkins Park Dentistry. Fast forward and I have had about 4 visits so far, and it was indeed an excellent choice! Watkins Parks Dentistry turns an experience that most do not look forward to (going to the Dentist) into an absolutely pleasant experience. The Team at Watkins Park dentistry and Mrs Joann were so helpful, patient, and quick when scheduling my appointments and making check up calls with me to check how I was doing after having cavities filled. The bedside manner here is genuine and refreshing. Dr Brickhouse was so kind, showed me and explained everything she would be doing and tools she would be using, answered any questions I had, and took care of me in the best way. Dental work can make me a bit squeamish but Dr Brickhouse made sure to ease any nervousness I had. The amenities and the ambience at Watkins Park Dentistry are unmatched. They play soothing inspirational music, the practice is well-lit, they have complimentary drinks and water, and even Mouthwash to use in the restroom. There is even a Prayer Room in this facility, which was truly amazing. If you are so inclined, you can submit prayers or pray there. The dental chair you sit in has a low-setting massager, so you are literally being massaged while your teeth are being taken care of! If there is ever a such thing as a Dental Spa, this is it! Dr Brickhouse even had a screen for you to watch videos if you so choose, while she is operating. And a final touch after you are all done, was a moist warm cotton towel to wash your mouth and face with. Truly a superb practice and I couldnt recommend it enough. Watkins Park Dentistry is Five Star at what it does!

Hello everyone, My experience with Dr Brickhouse was Ah-Maz-Zing!! She took her time to explain what she was doing throughout the whole visit, she did not rush. She answered all my questions that I had, and I only went in for a check and cavity filling. Her mother(please excuse me for not remember her name), but she was phenomenal. She remembered all the information we spoke about, so courteous, and loving as well. If you not stopped by Watkins Park Family Dentistry...You need to do so ASAP, because you will not receive an experience like that anywhere else. PS...Do not forget the prayer room. We are visiting from Phoenix and my son had an emergency orthodo wire on retainer broke, Bowie Braces arranged for my son to have his teeth cleaned to prep him for the gluing of wire retainer back in place. Watkins Dentistry squeezed us in and arranged to have Arizona Delta cover cleaning and complete exam. The customer service and sincere care made me and my son feel at ease. You cant get any better than this. They helped us get the retainer repaired with in the 72hour window before my sons teeth would begin to shift out of place. Dr. Brickhouse and staff did a wonderful job. The procedure I was there for was taken care of in a timely manner without any discomfort at all. I was also referred to a specialist by Dr. Brickhouse who did an excellent job on a root canal needed thru a bridge repair. The ease of scheduling an appointment was streamline, also I had to reschedule an appointment and was given several dates to choose from not to far out. Aesthetically the office is beatifully designed. It is clean, warm and welcoming with great detail given to patient comfort to include a gentle and relaxing massage dental chair and warm towels to clean up after a procedure. I found Dr Brickhouse to be professional and intentional about making sure each procedure is explained and understood. The front office staff makes sure the fees for procedures are clear and there are no guessing games about what your insurance will cover and what you will be expected to pay as the patient.

I needed a dentist because I moved from Virginia. Thankfully this dentistry opened up not too far from my local church. I have been in for a check up and a cavity and the experience was great! The chairs massage your back and you get shades to keep the light and anything out your eyes that may fly up. Nice parting gifts as well (chapstick). It is a nice atmosphere and I really liked the vibe. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that I do not like to go to the dentist. I always felt that no matter the procedure, it will be painful. I didnt have that experience here. Dr. Brickhouse has to be the most professional and courteous dentist I have ever met! You walk into a beautiful, comfortable atmosphere and the first person you meet is Ms. Joanne. They both have a way of making you feel like you are part of the family.
