When my flipper broke and I had to come to the office to arrange for repairs. The repairs were processed with the assistance of the Pikesville Dental One staff in a very timely manner. This letter is written to personally, as well as professionally, acknowledge the staff at the Pikesville Dental One location which includes Dr. Varsha Padmanabhan, Angela Walker, Office Manager, and Leah Lezama, Front Desk Receptionist. Due to the bad choices I have made in my past, the staff there has been very influential in the corrective action required to alleviate my discomfort. As a result of poor dental hygiene, I have had to undergo an extraction, various fillings, numerous root canals and definitely replacement partials. Despite these decisions, the staff has very helpful by allowing me to make payment arrangements. Dr. Padmanabhan has been very tactful in planning my treatment with decency, order and precision. Ms. Lezama has been very patient and attentive in scheduling my appointments so that they are conducive with my rigorous work schedule. Ms. Walker has shown me some leniency with the payments I am required to make before a new treatment plan can be implemented. Nonetheless, all of the staff have been very cordial, shown professionalism and compassion during this very sensitive time when I was missing a front tooth. Due to my profession dealing with customers daily, it was imperative that I get the flipper in a timely manner that would coincide with my upcoming birthday. This process was expedited most expeditiously and for that I am so grateful. Anyway, to date, most of the corrective action has been completed and the only thing left are the fillings and to be fitted with my partials. I highly commend the staff and recognize their excellent customer service etiquette in the face of my trials and tribulations. Through my teary-eyed and choked up explanation, Dr. Padmanabhan was able to communicate with the dentist that administered one my root canals, which proved to be futile, and got me a credit to my account. Surely, this action alone deserves recognition. I personally feel that each staff member should be recognized with the highest form of flattery possible. If it be monetary or tangible, your cooperation regarding this matter is requested. Due to the exhaustion of all of my financial resources utilized to cover the 30% of my costs, the writing of this correspondence is the only thing that I can afford at this time due to the expensive costs incurred for services rendered. Special thanks goes out to the always amenable and friendly staff at the Pikesville Dental One office.

Multiple appointment cancellations, some with less than a few hours notice. No return phone calls when requesting a call back. Ive been there 3 times now and still havent had a full cleaning because theres always something that has to be done first and they will not do multiple things in 1 visit (I.e. X-rays, consultation for just a cleaning, meeting wort the doctor, etc). The doctor also told me he wouldnt clean my teeth until all my wisdom teeth were removed which is something my insurance wouldnt cover and I was unable to afford it at the time so I was turned away.

My first and only experience at Dental One in September 2015 was disappointing. While Dr. Reveley was very personable and kind, the fact that I was unable to schedule an appointment for routine cleaning for several months, after going through their new patient appointment, was unfortunate, but not the end of the world. The receptionist recommended waiting for a cancellation, at which point I would receive a phone call to schedule the cleaning. I agreed, and still have not received a call. I since have changed dentists and will not be returning.

They did a great job on my mouth guard and the dentist was very nice and knowledgeable BUT for a regular cleaning, they couldnt fit myself or my husband in for 9 months. Our question was - how are you able to fit me in for a mouth guard appointment immediately (not a cheap purchase by any means) but make us wait 9 months for a cleaning? I understand we were new clients... but no need to wait that long anywhere. We ended up leaving and finding a new dentist who did a great job and fit us in the next week after calling.

Dr. Stewart and her staff are professional and accommodating. You are made to feel at ease and cared about as a patient. I had a horrible, painful experience at another dentists office. My experience with Dental One Associates, however, has erased any previous fear of going to the dentist. My husband comes here, and I have recommended my brother to come this dental office as well. I also recommend everyone to come to this office for excellent dental care!

very unhappy. constantly getting the runaround. Needed to work done for my son. Got passed from one Dental One to another and it kept going around in circles of which Dental One could do what but in the end no one did anything. They said they would get me a referral and give me a call. After waited for a call i never received. I called them and there story changed and they claim i needed to call my insurance. BIG WASTE OF MY TIME!

The whole pikesville is office is great! From the front desk all the way to my dentist. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable.They work well with your schedule and very professional. Taleesa and Sierra both work on my teeth for two years for my braces. They took great care of me. I definitely feel like they worked hard to give me the perfect smile. Im so glad I came here. I recommend others to visit as well.

I am thrilled with this place. I was called within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The lady that did my x-rays was patient and gentle. The doctor explained the result and answered all questions in clear language. The hygienist that actually did the cleaning was very pleasant. She shared stories and made me comfortable being there. I hope to keep having these pleasant experiences with this location.

Avoid this place. I used to have great experiences at Dental One, but when I moved to Baltimore it went downhill quickly. They constantly mess up claims, and then arent flexible in scheduling ortho appointments, even if you offer to drive somewhere else. Its a mess, if you can avoid - do so. Run, do not walk, away from this business!

I enjoyed the dentist hygienist and dental assistant. They do not have a lot of appointments and the people that make the appointments are not accurate or honest always Ive found the hard way. I would not recommend because of the wait and the miscommunication but I am a patient and only require cleaning so I am good for now.

Office personnel very professional and polite. Dental Professional took time,no explain my assessment and future treatment schedule. Asked if there was anything I did not undetstand and if there were anyvwuestions I had. Additionally, I was given a proposed schedule of treatment. Very please I am with services provided.

Not good, I requested an needed appointment a few weeks ago after having my insurance changed because of my layoff, and I was refused service and told they are not taking Medicare at this time. I have been a customer along with my family for over 10 years and now Im out.

LOL. Well, they sent me an email addressed to "Vicki" , which is not my name, and asked me to write a review. I have never been to this place, but considering that they dont seem to have a very good sense of who their patients are, or arent, I am not likely to try it.
