Absolutely a nightmare, I wish I could rate them 0 stars. The staff is disorganized and has no idea what is going on. Went in for a routine visit and determined that I needed a night guard. When I went back in to take casts of my mouth, Dr. Bloom was under the impression that I was there for a filling. After he took the cast, they supposedly sent it out to a lab to have the guard created, and scheduled me to come back a week later to pick it up. No one called me to tell me it came in, and if I had not called prior to leaving for my appointment I would have made the trip for nothing; they LOST the cast of my mouth. I had to schedule another appointment to have a second cast taken, only to pick up my mouth guard a week later to find that it didnt fit my mouth at all. The doctor INSISTED that it just needed to be worn-in, so I took it home and am in more pain than ever (The guard kept falling out all night because of the poor fit). Came in a third time for a new mouth guard and this time met with the other dentist on staff. There were no notes in the system so he had no idea what was going on. Once again, they told me they were sending it out to a lab. It has been weeks since Ive heard anything about it and when I just called they told me its there. When did they plan on telling me I could pick it up?? On top of all of this inconvenience I can say that seeing Dr. Bloom is one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. He has a serious personal space problem (I understand a dentists job literally involves putting your hands in peoples mouths but touching and rubbing your patients legs is completely inappropriate!) Cannot wait to find a new dentist.

I have had a fabulous experience with Dr. Bloom and his staff. They all have been very attentive and helpful. Dr. Bloom is friendly and thorough. He explained all my options to me and is the first dentist Ive ever seen that gave me options that would make the most economic sense. Who does that these days? Its obvious he cares about his patients and his practice. My son has seen Dr. Bloom for several years and I recently was able to start seeing him when my insurance situation changed. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Bloom. I am 100% pleased and as long as hell have me as a patient, hes my dentist!!

Dr Mo, the new dentist taking over for Dr Bloom is no good. Bad bedside manner, seems very inexperienced. I loved this place when Bloom was working but my last appointment was terrible. I am prone to cavities and all my previous fillings have been fine but I got my first fillings by the new guy and they are still painful and sensitive almost 6 months later. I feel like a whole section of my mouth has been ruined. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I am looking for a new dentist to maybe fix my filling and I would no longer recommend this office.

We LOVE Dr. Bloom. He is kind, caring and a truly good Dentist. I had terrible experiences as a child and he has totally put my mind at ease in the last 10 years that I have been his patient. He sees ages 4+ so now even my children are seen in his practice. The hygienists are great as well. Front desk staff can be abrasive but I would never leave because of them... He does his own after hour emergency call and has always seen us quickly when needed. I am a Phys Asst by trade and I whole heartedly refer people to Dr. Bloom often.

Dr Bloom actually doesnt work here anymore. The person who runs/owns this place now has absolutely no idea what he is doing. He is unprofessional and underqualified to operate any medical procedure and I say that from experience. Save yourself the pain I went through and go to another dentist.

I love this office, always clean. Never had any issues, never a long wait. My daughter loves picking a toy from the treasure box after every visit and everyones always friendly!
