I have only been to Dr.Burdens office once, and I can say I plan to keep going back for as long as I can! Its kind of funny, I wasnt looking for a new dentist, but I needed a consultation about getting my wisdom teeth taken out, and my sister told me that I should see if Dr.Burden would be able to do it. So I set up an appointment, went to his office, and I was AMAZED! I was welcomed by everyone up in the front, then got a tour! They have some free water bottles, and juices upfront for while you are waiting to! When I went back to the room, they gave me a little gift bag for being a new patient! Dr.Burden was very knowledgeable about everything, and told me up front what all I needed to do, (unlike my old dentist who made it seem that I would have to jump through hoops for a few months!). A few days later, I received a letter from Dr.Burden!!!! His staff and him are the most profession, nice, sincere group of people that I have ever met! My first experience was the best I have ever had at a dentist office, and I look forward to each and everyone of my next experiences there!!!!!!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you switch your dentist today to Dr.Burden and his wonderful staff!

First visit. Nice receptionist. Nice office. Nice hygienist, experienced, good. Nice dentist. Problem came at checkout when another (sales)woman presented me with a "treatment plan" and asked me to go into the "room next door" with her. This "room next door" was a cross between a police interrogation room and a car dealership sales managers office. To be fair, I was only pressured to sign a document acknowledging that I had seen the quotation for (optional) dental work. I was not overtly pressured into having the work done, but it sure FELT like pressure and the whole process was just plain bizarre — and felt pretty much like a surprise ambush. I would expect this from a high-pressure time-share scheme, not a "respected" dental office. I get that its a business and they need to make money, but this is most definitely not the way to do it. Its crude and tacky and very, very uncomfortable. I wont go back. I would also question that there are ONLY 5-star reviews, most of them from 9 and 10 months ago. Cant prove anything, but its a little suspicious.

I am extremely impressed with this office- as a former dental assistant and as a patient!! Having been “on both sides”, I was able to recognize and appreciate the thoroughness of the entire staff as they examined and evaluated my oral health and treatment needs, answered my questions, and provided state of the art care. The office team was very friendly and the treatment team was efficient and thorough, using the latest and best in evaluative tools for dentistry. Katie, my hygienist and Dr. Maharty both went above and beyond the standard to provide great care to include removing a stain on my front tooth and giving my night guard a light adjustment to help my bite align better. The teamwork of the entire staff- front and back- and the respect with which they treated one another was impressive and appreciated. This group is truly a class act. I whole-heartedly recommend visiting them and seeing for yourself!!

This was my first time coming to a dentist in over 10 years and the staff at this dentistry made me really feel comfortable. As soon as the staff recognized that I was a new patient, which wasnt hard to tell since I felt and looked nervous, the staff welcomed me with open arms. Every staff member was polite and had smiles on their faces. They really made me feel like I was important. Its been a long time since I have been somewhere that has me excited about coming back. Every person that I came into contact there was were very knowledgeable and very helpful. The fact that I am getting braces for the first time, the staff there are just as excited about my journey as I am and that really means a lot to me. I couldve went to a dentistry that is closer to my house however I am so pleased and glad that I chose to come here. This place earned every star given and ill be sure to let others know about my experience.

Another fantastic visit! Weve been coming here for 9 years and have only the best dental experiences. My son used to dread going to the dentist befor we started seeing Dr. Burden. The whole experience is pleasant: The warm receptionist who always greets us with a smile and a laugh, the assistants who are friendly and engaging (not just the bare minimum bc they were told to be), and even the ladies we check out with who schedule the next appointments and work with payments and insurance. EVERYONE here is great! The atmosphere is positive and starts from the top down. Dr Burden must really take care of his staff for them to be so happy working here and it shows in the care the patients receive. Thank you so much for all these wonderful years together! (Btw after shopping around other places for braces, we not only received the best price here but also liked the staff here the best as well)

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Burden & Associates for several years now, which at first was a large leap of faith for us. Our previous dentist, who practiced an hour away from our home, was and is a close personal friend. But Dr. Burden has the most professional, effective and efficient operation Ive ever been to. Appointments are kept on time, the work has been uniformly good and the staff cant do enough for you. I recently brought in someone with severe dental problems to Dr. Burden. He and his staff jumped right in with an aggressive treatment plan that has given this person some hope for a return to good dental health. I can say that Ive never had anything resembling a bad experience there, and plan to go to Dr. Burden for many many years to come.

So my children and I have been going here for a few years. I absolutely love them. All of the staff are awesome i love the receptionists and honestly the whole staff. You can tell they love what they do. Recently my son went in to have his two bottom teeth taken out. He was scared and one minute would let the doc the next min wouldnt. this went on for a while but the doc and assistant were so patient and good with him. I cant remember the doctors name hes fairly new but hes really good. He didnt just yank them when he wasnt ready and scare him. He took his time and the dental assistant waited patiently and talked him through what was going to happen. He left smiling and still loves going to the dentist. Of course getting a toy at the end is a bonus!!!

Rose! Rose! Rose! I cant give her enough credit for my five star review. Her professionalism and skill and dedication to what she does is a shining example We should All aspire to in out professions. Her warm and calming nature is second to None!! Her demeanor and peronality makes going to the dentist a lot less stressful for those of Us who arent fond of Dentists visits.. I actually live in another state but was looking for a dentist in the area where I visit my elderly oarents quite often.. The other office staff are personable as well, but if youre like Me the hygienists holds a special place in my heart as they see you at your Most vunerable reclined with mouth Wide Open...3 Cheers for Rose!!!
