I am writing in regards to poor service and lack of communication I have experienced working with Premiere Orthodontics in Baltimore. I have been dealing with poor service since the original Dr. retired during my treatment plan. Unfortunately I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Marvin Ngwafon 3 years ago and as of today I regret doing business with him. I’m not pleased with the service after removing my braces, the material from the retainer is deteriorating with age. I was informed the retainer would last for a lifetime however the DR. then advised me that if I had issues they would replace my top retainer at no charge due to the material they was using at the time. The DR. understood that the material was cheap and that he expected the retainer would have to be replaced. I only use retainer clean and I followed all the direction to care for my retainer. I contact the 3 weeks ago only having to follow up again due to no return call. Upon speaking with speaking with an employee she advised he will not honor the original agree of replacing my retainer without a fee, I’m upset because not only didn’t he not return my call after several request but he don’t honor his word in doing business. I recommend anything and everything must be in wringing and signed when dealing with premiere orthodontics. I would suggested taking your business elsewhere if you want correct treatment. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE I LIKE DID.

Its really sad because ive been referred to them by my dentist. Since Ive been referred i been calling for two weeks straight from the time they open till they close. NO ANSWER. I just went to them today to see whats going on and they were closed! I came at 3 they dont close till 5. They had patients outside along with me WHO HAD SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS! And they were closed. No sign on the door, no warning patients in advance, no nothing. So yeah i wont be going to them i asked my dentist to refer me to another place who doesnt have poor service and lack communication.

Ive had a lot of previous dental work due to a past accident, so I have lots of experience with dentist, endodontist, orthodontist, and ENT specialist. Premiere Orthodontics is by far one of my best experiences, everyone is professional, patient and customer friendly BUT more importantly knowledgeable. Dr. Ngwafon did a wonderful job reshaping my teeth and improving my smile. I would highly recommend!

customer service is terrible! everybody has a 9:30 appt. if you have kids that are in school they will miss a lot of days.The brackets kept falling off and the wires are cheap. I did not have a great experience there.
