I have been going to Dr. Jackie for many, many years, and I have never known better dental care. For a very brief time I chose to go elsewhere, where my insurance was accepted (at the time). That experience was so traumatic, I swore I would never leave her again! The staff is top notch, the equipment and facility is pristine, and Dr. Jackie, herself, is nothing short of wonderful! Everyone, from the receptionist to the hygienist, and everyone in between is so very professional and caring!

Dr. Marcin and her staff make me feel very comfortable while I am there regardless of whatever I am having done with my teeth. Heres what I have to say about Dr. Marcin. If I lived in Hawaii I would fly-in to keep my checkups and any appointments because there is no other dentist as good as her. This may sound like extreme praise but she genuinely deserves it. Ive been a patient since the day she started and anything she has ever done to my teeth has been absolutely perfect.

Great atmosphere, wonderful staff. I felt comfortable right away. Took my daughter for her first dentist appointment here (3.5 years old) and although shes normally terrified of new situations (especially doctors), she loved it. She now asks me all the time when she gets to go back to see Dr. Jackie. I couldnt have been happier, and ended up switching to Market Street Dental myself because of how great of an experience we had.

I went to Dr. Marcin for years... That is, until the Department of Health sent me a letter that she had not been sterilizing equipment properly and all patients who were seen for more than a routine cleaning must be tested for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV. I work in medicine and this means she was not following strict protocols, which is absolutely unethical and disgraceful. Take yourself elsewhere!

Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. They take the time necessary to make sure everything is done to my satisfaction. I have yet to be delayed by my appointment. Appointment times are as scheduled. They dont over book and make ME wait!! The staff is top notch . It feels like a family there.

I used to be very anxious when it was time to go to the dentist, but now I am completely comfortable. Dr. Marcin checks in with me while shes working on my teeth to make sure Im not in pain or upset. Together, we have carried out a plan to make my teeth and mouth healthy again. I highly recommend her!
