NEVER EVER GO HERE! I had dr Patel and she messed up my teeth so bad I have to have 4 pulled. They barely clean your teeth. I went in complaining my one tooth hurt and I needed a root canal. Which conveniently my insurance didnt cover. She continued to fill a cavity and oops she hit my nerve. I cant even eat on my right side now. Im only 21 and never ever had problems like this. I found a new dentist and hopefully they can fix the damage she did. If they cant and they messed up my teeth for good i will be pursuing further action. How can you hit a nerve? Really? And Im not the only one on this list who had her mess up their teeth. Sadly I had to wait 6 months to see someone else but I refuse to let them even come near me. I was always prone to cavities and never once did my old good dentist mess up my teeth. With state insurance I didnt know i had other places to go and I wish I would have. Im too young to have 4 teeth pulled over their mistake. I take good care of my teeth. I just always had cavities but no one ever hit my,nerve. And not to mention my one filling fell out. Which is great because that one will probably need pulled too. They dont care about you in there. Its a joke. She got mad at me for telling her how she messed my tooth up. Hello if you mess up I will be mad. And she did. My teeth hurt me so bad. I hope my new dentist can fix dental dreams damage. I think they dont fill the cavities right that way you have to keep going back. My tooth that needed a root canal doesnt even bother me. They said I was going to have an abcess and this and that. Its fine. I hope this new dentist can fix my teeth. If not Ill pay to go somewhere good and get them fixed. I wont let some idiot place ruin my mouth for life. I believe they left decay under my fillings like someone else said. They did their xrays there was no reason for her to hit my nerve. If this new dentist says it was their fault which it was i hope alot of people can get the same documents and shut this place down. It needs to be shut down. Even just sitting here my tooth hurts where she messed up my nerve. Ever since that visit i constantly brush and floss although the damage has already been done. Thank you dental dreams, for completely messing up my teeth and ruining my life if they cant be fixed. No 21 year old should have to go through this. Please people do not go here. If you want to keep your teeth call other places. Its worth the wait. Read the other reviews where others had to have their teeth pulled because of their mistakes.

Dental dreams is really a nightmare! I went in to find out everything that was wrong with my teeth since the last time I had X-ray which had been a year before. The receptionist were very nice and so were rest of the staff. They asked me if I wanted to get fillings that day and of course I said yes. Dr. Patel did 6 fillings on the right side of my mouth and the next week she did 5 on the left side. Both visit took under 2 hours and that's after I had to sit in the waiting room for over 45 mins. What I'm trying to say is, it should take longer then 45 minutes to do that many fillings. After that I had so much pain in my teeth that would not let up and I couldn't eat anything that is crunchy at all. I was already scheduled for a root canal the following week so they told me just to wait till then for them to check it. I explained my problem to them and dr. Patel seemed angry and didn't seem to believe what I was telling her. She did order one X-ray and told me that there was only 1 filling to fix. I let her fix it and then I told her to give me a referral sheet.. I found a different dentist and went in for my root canal there. While I was there the dentist told me that some of the fillings near my root canal tooth need to be fixed because she( Patel) had left decay in them. I just went yesterday to have my whole mouth looked at and I have to have seven of the eleven fillings that dr. Patel did, redone. Needless to say, I'm very unhappy with all the work that she has done and I will never go back there again. Smile builders is where I have been going since and they have been doing a wonderful job so far. I wanted to also point out something that some of the other people were saying. Some of my filling have sharp edges on them so it's hard to floss without my filling coming out and she also stuck 4 needles in my check without even warning me and not even taking the time to wait till the first was a lil numb.

I recently had my first apt here and this place is a fast food joint for your teeth! It is just like the last horrible dental chain I went to (Allcare). The staff wasnt too bad (although a couple have used swear words while talking with me which I think is very unprofessional). But the service was horrible. I had to wait forever in the chair until the dentist came into my little cubicle. She told me I have a cavity and asked if I wanted to get it filled right then and I said sure. She told me she wasnt going to numb it and it shouldnt hurt that bad. I was very worried because Ive never gotten a filling that wasnt numbed first and I have had quite a few fillings. I expressed my concern and she told me if I felt any pain to raise my hand. As soon as she started drilling I felt pain so she switched to a different drill but it still hurt bad so she said she was going to numb me. She put a shot of numbing stuff in my cheek! Every other time Ive gotten fillings they put the shot in my gums! So she waited about 5 minutes and started drilling again. I had to stop her because it still hurt bad and I could still feel it. She waited another few minutes and started drilling again with another drill which she said wouldnt hurt. It immediately hurt and I told her the shot didnt work and I wasnt numb one bit. She told me I probably was numb but just couldnt tell! I told her that i could still feel everything and my mouth wasnt numb at all and she said she was almost done and was going to finish quickly. It still hurt horribly. It hurt so bad that I kept pushing her arm away to get her to stop. She finally finished and put the filling in. Then i had my cleaning. This was the worst and quickest cleaning Ive ever had. The whole cleaning lasted 2-3 minutes. She put some toothpaste on a drill and went in the front and back of each tooth very quickly and that was it! I will NEVER go back here!

THE REASON THE WAITING ROOM IS OVER CROWDED (TO THE POINT WHERE PATIENTS HAVE TO STAND BECAUSE THERE ARENT ENOUGH CHAIRS) & THE WAITING TIME VARIES FROM 1 HOUR TO 2 1/2 HRS IS BECAUSE THEY OVER BOOK THE DENTISTS. YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM AS LONG AS YOU ARE THERE! (REMEMBER YOURE A # AND THEY WILL TRY AND DO ALL OF YOUR FILLINGS BECAUSE THEY NEED THAT $$ TO GET THEIR BONUS THAT MONTH). THE DENTIST HAVE TO WORK EXTREMELY FAST TO GET TO THE NEXT PATIENT WHICH EXPLAINS WHY ALL OF YOUR FILLINGS ARE FALLING OUT! THERE IS AN AMOUNT OF TIME WHERE THE BOND AND ETCH MATERIALS HAVE TO SIT ON YOUR TOOTH FOR THE FILLING TO STAY ATTACHED! ROOT CANALS AND CROWNS ARE DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED! YOU WILL BE TOOTHLESS! (YOURE BETTER OFF GOING TO A SPECIALIST) IVE HEARD NUMEROUS OF SCREAMS FOR KIDS WHICH SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE!!!!! THEY WILL HOLD YOUR CHILD DOWN AND DO THEIR SO CALLED "SEALANTS" EVEN IF THE CHILD CRIES BLOOD! THEIR FRIENDLY OFFICE MANAGER AMY ISNT SO FRIENDLY AT ALL! SHE KNOWS THAT THE DENTISTS ARE DOING THEIR CRAPPY JOB BUT SHE DOESNT CARE... ITS ANOTHER REASON TO BRING YOU BACK FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT SO YOU CAN COUNT AS A # AGAIN AND RE-BILL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR AN EMERGENCY OFFICE VISIT WHEN IT IS REALLY TO FIX THEIR F*** UPS! THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.... THEY HAVE MICE IN THERE AND THEY ALSO HAVE ROACHES!!!!! TRUST ME, JUST LOOK AT LITTLE CLOSER! IF YOU NEED DENTURES OR PARITALS DO NOT GO THERE OR YOU WILL BE WAITING APPROXIMATELY 4 MONTHS FOR THEM WHERE THERE ARE OTHER OFFICES THAT WILL MAKE THEM SOONER THAN THAT! ITS A SHAME THAT THEY ARE PUTTING DENTURES ON 20 YEAR OLDS WHEN THEY CAN TRY AND RESTORE THEIR TEETH!! YES, AVOID DENTAL DREAMS AT ALL COST! IT WILL BE YOUR WORSE DENTAL EXPERIENCE!
