Extremely thorough and caring. Ruth (hygienist) takes pride in her work. She is both kind and delightful to be around. Friendliness abounds from the moment you step into the office. I have been a patient for more than 20 years and there is little staff turnover. Good old-fashioned dental practice with up-to-date technology and techniques!

I used to hate the dentist, from a long ago bad experience! But this office and these Doctors and attendants are by far the best, and I have had several in Lancaster area. They laugh n talk n listen. Staff is unprofessional and unequipped to deal with children. Dentist is impatient and one of the nurses was obnoxious and loud. They did not put an anesthetic on my childs tooth prior to filling a cavity. The dentist walked out mid-procedure, after she experienced a panic attack, and threw me a referral to a pediatric dentist.

Staff is wonderful here! Everyone is so helpful and nice. Missy and Joann have gone above and beyond their jobs and deserve many kudos! Dr.Abildness is great at his job and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Im so thankful to have my smile back and it is only thanks to Dr.Abildness and the staff at Merit Dental!
