I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow August 11, 2015 for 9:30 am, as a new patient. Their receptionist (appears to be the only one, at least the only one that I have talked to) called to confirm my appointment earlier in the day, which I called back to say was okay. Later in the day, my work asked me to open our store, making me unavailable to make my appointment, as one of our employees had a family emergency needed to be tended to. I simply called to reschedule, and was RIDICULED by the receptionist, almost calling me out to be a liar and telling me "they had no one to fill the spot" I am sorry, I am a soon to be mother, who also works and life changes, and it certainly is NO WAY to conduct a practice simply because someone needs to reschedule an appointment. I will take my business elsewhere and will recommend the same to my family, friends and co-workers. NOT GOOD.

Update: Called to find out about insurance and wanted to ensure that we were covered and spoke to Pat who had an attitude and was incredibly rude reprimanding me that I didnt cancel the appointment sooner after recently finding out our new insurance offered dental. I was completely shocked at the rudeness when you experience how nice Dr. Trainer is and Sonia the receptionist are.

My family and I have been patients at Dr Trainers office for years. He is patient and explains information of you have any questions, especially to children. All the ladies are wonderful, cheerful and always treat you with respect. I have recommended him to many people. Keep up the good work guys!

My family and I have been going here for years. We love the people that work here and the time they take to explain everything to us. My 4 year old looks forward to her visits every 6 months! I love that the have late hours some days so i dont have to take off work to get my appointment in.
