I was reffered to Dr. Koontz at Histoic Triangle Dentistry. I was very impressed with the location, and more so impressed with the office staff, the hygienist and Dr. Koontz. This practice worked with me to ensure that I recieved an appointment that was convienent for ME. Not only did they provide excellent phone customer service, the in person customer service was above excellent. The Hygenist was personable, gentle and kind. Dr. Koontz, was excellent. His practice is in good hands with such a wonderful staff. It was evident that he knows, as he continued to show appreciation toward the hygenist, by thanking her for coming in to work. And saying good bye to her as she left for the day. He was not only engaging with me (patient) but he was engaging to his staff as well. I am pleased, and have made Dr. Koontz and HistoricTriangle Dentistry my official dentist office.

I took my 6 year old son to the dentist for the first time and it was great. He was nervous at first but Tiffany the hygienist was amazing with him, making him feel very comfortable and relaxed, she even gave him cool sunglasses to make him feel like a rock star. My son was very enthusiastic about having his teeth sparkle afterwards and is looking forward to coming back in 6 months. Dr. Whyte then saw my son for the exam and made him feel very comfortable and educated him as well about the importance of fighting off sugar bugs. The staff there was very friendly and professional. They make you feel welcome from the first smile you see when you walk in the door. I will definitely keep coming back to Dr. Whyte and Im telling all my friends and family as well. If you want a pleasant dental experience then I highly recommend coming here.

I was extremely pleased with my visit to Historic Triangle Dental Care. The office is extremely clean and the entire staff is very nice. Tiffany, the hygienist, and Dr. Whyte were both very gentle during my appointments with them and delivered excellent care. Both of them are very friendly and fun to talk to. They made me feel very comfortable in a setting that usually makes me anxious, which is a HUGE plus for me! Amber was very friendly and took her time explaining my treatment costs and discussing the different ways to pay for it. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. I love this office and highly recommend it to everyone!

All in all a pleasant experience. They just needed a 4 star review so the rest of these people dont look fake. Front office does great to help you out with setting up your insurance with them and being very warm in general. The office is a pin prick of a hole in the wall to find but their staff make up for it by always keeping you informed, relaxed and strangely enough, laughing. You can tell when the office environment is good because it shows in the patient care. Theyre excellent people doing good work. Nobody wants to go to the dentist though so... 4 stars.

Every single person Ive met at the office is an absolute delight! Kathy at the front desk is friendly and so helpful, Wendy the hygienist is warm, funny, and clearly knows what shes doing, and Dr. Whyte is so smart, personable, and not intimidating at all. They worked with my insurance to ensure that I was paying as little as possible, and I didnt feel duped or nervous that they were taking advantage of me. They clearly love their jobs, and it shows in the atmosphere of the office and in the level of care I received. Ill never go anywhere else!

I am totally impressed with Historic Dental Care. All of the staff, but especially Tiffany, the hygienist, and Dr. Whyte are both very personable and gentle. They made me feel comfortable in a setting that I have dreaded my entire life. Their Christian values are quite apparent and this one fact goes a long way with me. Dr. Whyte extracted a tooth this morning and I can honestly say, it was painless. Kayla offered outstanding assistance during this procedure. The pain was in my apprehension! This is an exceptional dental office!

I can promise you that you will not find a better dentist than Dr. Whyte. Dr. Whyte and his staff are beyond outstanding. You will understand as soon as you walk in why I rave about them. From the time you enter the building, you are treated as more than just another patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone and really believe that without finding them I would have just given up on my teeth a long time ago. They are honest, caring, sweet folks that work at this practice.

The staff at historical triangle dental care are very sweet and caring. All of my experiences there have been nothing but pleasant. I have had questions/issues with bills, insurance and had to cancel appointments last minute due to illness and they have always been very friendly and understanding and worked with me until we were able to resolve the problem(s). They do an excellent job with my teeth and ensure they take every measure to provide a pleasant pain free experience!

What 7, 5, and 3 year old love going to the dentist? My kids! But all the credit goes to Dr. Whyte and his staff. From the waiting room with a TV, puzzles, and a little fridge with water.... to their kind, professional, and fun personalities... My kids felt relaxed and happy. They even asked when they could go to the dentist again because they "love the dentist, mommy!" :) Im confident that you will love this dentist and his staff! Thank you, Dr. Whyte!!

I started using Historic Triangle Dental before I moved out of town over an hour North. We like this place so much that we still drive the distance to be treated by them. it is the only Dr. I have ever been to where they treat you like friends instead of a patient. From simple cleanings to fitting me for Invisalign aligners, Dr. Whyte and his staff have been professional, outgoing, and caring. The atmosphere in the office is welcoming and fun, not sterile and intimidating like some other offices that I have visited. Selecting the right dentist for you doesnt have to be difficult when you have HTDC right around the corner!

Thanks to Dr. Whyte, my smile has never looked better. I’m currently on my 11th Invisalign tray, and I can’t believe how much straighter my teeth are! I have 7 more trays to go before I finish up my ortho treatment, and I can’t wait to see the end result. Dr. Whyte and his staff are all really nice, and I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I received excellent care and great tips on taking care of my teeth. The newly installed x-ray machines are fast and at the click of button your x-rays are available for reviewing and are displayed in front of you. Additionally, the staff is courteous, professional, and prompt. If you are looking for great dental care, give HTDC a try.
