I was scheduled to begin a multi-step dental procedure with Dr. Neither. I was required to pay a percentage of the procedure in order to just make an appointment. I was unable to keep this appointment per my orthodontist. I called to cancel several days before the scheduled appointment. When I asked for my refund the person who answered said they didnt know the process for refunds and she would call me back. Ha! That didnt happen, instead I was called the morning of my scheduled appointment and was reminded of my appointment! I explained the situation and inquired again about my refund and was told someone would return my call regarding refunds. WOW!!!!!!!!!
