I have been going to Watts Dental for 20 years (since College!). I had to have an emergency root canal after someone almost took out my tooth in a College basketball game. Dr. Watts made sure to save my tooth and make sure it didnt turn 30 shades darker than my other teeth! He was amazing then, and still is amazing now. He remembers my family, and always follows up on conversations weve previously had - even if they were years ago. Hes so attentive and very caring when it comes to your oral health. Hes as gentle as he can be, but prepares you should there be anything that needs further attention. My kids (8 and 9) love him and had their first interactions with him concerning their teeth. As a note, Dr. Watts was limited on the type of insurance he used to take, and unfortunately he didnt take my insurance for the last two years. I tried another Dentist and I hated them. I finally returned - because they now accept my insurance - yay! His wife Jackie runs the Administrative side and shes always been lovely to me and my family. And, I have to tell you, Doris is the best kept secret in that place. She is amazing, warm and caring. I adore her. If you are looking for a practice that will treat you with respect and truly care about your oral health and overall health, you will not go wrong with Dr. Watts and his practice!

I was supposed to do this a long time ago. In fact, this Dentistry surprised me in celebrating my birthday with a giant card and balloons then posted my picture on their web site page! Now that is family for you folks! I would like to express my greatest gratitude for this Dentistry in becoming a real friend to myself and my wife as well! Quality and excellence are the first two words that come from my mouth! I sing before a few thousand people every Sunday and I get to meet a lot of families as a limo driver. I know people because I am in the people business. The people at Watts Dentistry are warm friendly, well skilled and very knowledgeable about the dental industry. They use the latest technology in equipment and are constantly training to learn more. They are a faith driven business and honest! They will not beat around the bush to give you some soft answer to your person challenges. Oh and one more thing! Scheduling is a easy with no over crowding concerns! From the moment that you enter the office and get a pleasant greeting from Ms. Jackie it is apparent that this doctor and his staff are wonderful. I have been a patient for over 17 years and still am amazed with how up-to-date doctor Watts is in keeping up with technology. I love the beauty and cleanliness of the office, the professionalism and kindness of the staff, and Doctor Watts and Doris always put me at ease when Im in the chair. They explain everything so that the patient knows what they are doing and why. The office is so peaceful that I often want to sit in the waiting area and relax instead of heading to work. The entire feel of Watts Dental Office is exceptional and excellent resulting in a great patient experience.

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Richard Watts for 20+ years now. That should say it all! Dr. Watts is that rare combination, confluence (however you would like to label it) of skill and great bedside manner that are becoming more and more rare in the healthcare field. I actually look forward to seeing my dentist. So does my daughter. He really knows how to make me and my daughter feel very, very special. A rare skill indeed! He is also very good at giving needles, something I used to dread before seeing Dr. Watts. His staff is also very warm, caring, qualified, and professional too. Forget the negativity youve heard or experience about or at the Dentist office. Watts Dental Associates are here to change all that. This is a Dental practice thats very clean and display the warmest ambience. The stuff, to mention, Shayla and Kia are simply outstanding. The moment I entered I was greeted, very professionally, at the front desk. Pricing and service, due to my limited vocabulary, I can only say "outstanding". I have been a patient, along with my family for 30 plus years. Dr. Watts is a caring, gentle and professional dentist. I look forward to my visits to catch up with our family news. With all the patients he has he remembers my family and their antics. He keeps me aware of my dental health and explains all options. His staff is also high quality, gentle, efficient and professional. His office hours are convenient and accommodating to attention needs. I couldnt be more satisfied. As much as I fear dentist due to childhood experiences, I am completely comfortable with Dr. Watts. Along with Dr.Watts his staff is awesome and knowledgeable. They have been patience and accommodating with my needs and time. Dr. Watts was recommended to me by my parents, so glad I listen this time. I totally would and have recommended this practice to many and anyone asking for dentist. I cant say enough about how good the service is. Special shout out to his assistant Doris, who always makes me feel like Im their only client.

Watts Dental is the absolute best practice I have been to in the DMV. I say it all the time Dr. Watts will have to outlive me because I will not be going to another practice. I have TMJ and panic attacts and Dr. Watts ensures that I am comfortable and he will allow me to take a break when needed. He never rushes me. This is important when holding your mouth open for extended periods of time is an issues. I just love the whole staff and would recommend them 100%.
