If you are use to going to a dental office that is friendly, courteous & clean DO NOT GO TO THEIR LAUREL OFFICE! Search elsewhere for a better dental office with more than just 2.5 stars! There are plenty of good ones around to choose from. This place not only doesnt keep their patients set appointment times, they are also not gentle with the cleanings. I cant tell you all how many times their hygienist made me jump in my chair of pain each time shed hit a nerve! Not only did I have to wait 45 minutes to be seen, but when I was done with everything including x-rays, the dentist had the audacity to say & I quote him "so what keeps you here?" I turned around & said, "I dont know, you tell me? Ive been waiting for my x-rays to be reviewed sitting in this chair for quite some time now. All he said was, yes I know and I am sorry. We have several issues in this office that need to be addressed. I couldnt believe his comment as well as his response! I was dumbfounded! My final comment to him was, well I believe I wont be coming here again for many reasons. So today I did just that, I asked for my dental records to be transferred to a dental office that had 4.5 stars on Yelp. I am hoping to have a much better experience at the new place. Well see. To be honest, in my 30+ years of being seen by multiple dentists at different dental offices around the nation, I have never experienced one as bad as Ulery Dental Office in Laurel, MD! Avoid this place at all costs!

After losing my child hood dentist, I was scared to start new. But my son and I are happy patients at Ulery dental. The staff is comforting and friendly. I was on maternity leave when I first started my appointments, so I had to bring the baby with me. The staff talked to him and played with him while I was being examined. They also have flexible payment plans and offer great care and guidance with first time Ortho patients. My son is 12 and is happy with his results so far and hes only 6 months into his Ortho treatment.

Great Staff, Dr. Arian, Steve, Bonnie and the rest of the staff made me very comfortable with all my dental work that had to be done. ;) Im going to Miss seeing Shannon at the front desk. I wish her the very "Best". She was a gem, shes going to be hard to replace. The office has great hours for those with hectic schedules.

I have been going to Ulery Laurel for over 4 years, and Ive never had the bad customer service that others have commented on. At one time I needed a relatively major procedure which I couldnt afford, and the dentist offered me a significant break on the cost. I had the procedure and the teeth have been fine ever since.

Ive been going to this location for years now and its time to find a new dentist office. The service has definitely declined through the years starting from the receptionist on. Ive used their general and orthodontic care. It will be way too much to type and dont have that much time. Dont go to this location!!!!

When calling for an appointment, the lady wont give you a chance to check for any available appointments, and insists of getting your details first.. after argueing with her, I discovered that the next available appointment is after 2 weeks... Not a friendly clinic.

Bad customer service. Backed up about an hour & a half - no one ever came out to apologize or give status update. Receptionist kept saying youre next fo ra routin ecleaning, meanwhile three others went back to see dentist. Wont be going back.

Terrible service, my appointment was scheduled at 11:30 but was changed to 12:30. I even confirmed the appointment time the day before.
