LOVE this office!! For starters, this is probably the cleanest medical office I have ever been in. That alone sold me as I am an stickler for things being clean and germ free. They have top of the line equipment. From the moment of arrival you have an overwhelming sense that you are about to get the best cleaning/dental work youve ever gotten. In all seriousness! The staff is amazing! The girls at the front were sweet and professional. The hygienist was awesome! Gentle, and friendly. She told me exactly what she was doing. The staff is very competent and knowledgeable. They really set the bar high. This office is great and I recommend all my family and friends to go there. Your teeth will be as healthy as ever with the help of Dr. Tony Narliss wonderful team! Thank you for all that you guys do for me and my family :)

Dr. Narlis is a great doctor, I been going there for years. I noticed there was something wrong with the billing. So I question the front desk about billing. she skipped around the billing questions. After a lot of attitude I found out about a 90.00 fee for a cancelled appointment for me and my daughter that was cancelled by email and reschedule. When question she got a attitude. I was never told about any fee. I thought something didnt seem right. So I spoke to another dentist and showed a the documents from Sparks Dentist. They told me I was over charged and there prices dont make sense. I then contacted my insurance, with the last 5 bills. My insurance told me they cover more then the documents stated and I was over charged. Please dont go here, they seem nice. But they are over charging and using false claims.

Cool Dentist, very personable but wont be back for future visits. What turned me off was their hidden fees. I called to question the amount of a copay I was being charged. I asked for all the specifics,codes, fees ect. Contacted my insurance company to compare information (because they are a contracting provider with my insurance company) and found out they were over charging. Called back and spoke to the same girl and all of a sudden there it is, a hidden $39 fee that she was well aware insurance didnt cover and she didnt inform me of up front or even when I called and asked for the services, codes and fees that I was scheduled to have done. Just seems shady to me and I cant do business like that. Suppose I never questioned it and just took their word for it.

Been going for about a year now. Whole family and I. So far so good. Office clean, friendly and Dr. Narlis very approachable. One great improvement from last dentist is I dont feel a sales pitch is being given to me every time I go. Last dentist tried to sell me everything and anything.
