Since my husband and I chose Dr. V. Koval as our family dentist, our teeth have always been in the best possible condition. I say " best possible" because 25 years ago we immigrated from Russia with our mouths full of rotten teeth and crowns as well as with vivid memories of almost constant toothaches. Over the years in Owings Mills, we went through a number of dentists until 10 years ago we came to Dr. Koval and stayed with him forever. We are always confident that our dental health - not $$ - is the main priority for Dr. Koval and we never question his suggestions about treatment or dental work my husband or I needed. On the other hand, Dr. Koval is always ready to explain to us, in common terms, what the problem is and what solution he suggests. Our visits to Dr. V. Koval are never painful. Unlike other dentists delegating regular cleaning to their assistants, Dr. Koval is doing it himself. As a result, cleaning takes much less time and patients discomfort than it would have if done by a less experienced dental hygienist. His qualifications allow him to do tooth extractions as well. However, in case of a more complicated problem, our dentist is always referring his patients to specialists if he thinks that would be more beneficial to the patient. My husband has various health problems, and Dr. Koval always takes into account general health of his dental patients and modifies dental treatment accordingly. Dr. Victor Kovals office is equipped with the most advanced diagnostic and treatment tools and his front desk clerks are the friendliest and most efficient. That is why, I would highly recommend Dr. Victor Koval of Owings Mills to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Will not be using this service. I called the office from a referral. The lady who answer the phone barely speaks English...answer the phone "hello". Very unprofessional. She hung up in my face and said doctor was busy. I called back multiple times---no one picked up phone.
