THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND HACKS! DO NOT GO HERE! My mother has a major gum abscess that needs immediate attention, but the dentists and periodontal doctors who work there are trying to scam her into getting all of these unnecessary procedures instead of just taking care of the immediate infection. I know this because I referred her to my own awesome dentist who diagnosed her correctly, instead of refusing to look into her mouth when she complained of pain and burning - like these people had. My own dentist even commented how unprofessional these people were when my mother had relayed the story to him. These people have 0% bedside manner. They know that people with the affordable care act have their hands tied and they behave like massochists, dangling a persons life over their heads - refusing to handle the immediate problem (the gum infection) and offering one ultimatum - lots of expensive cosmetic dental work that my mother cant even afford or nothing. Oh, well. Too bad for you... I am reporting this place to the board of Dental Health and hoping this clinic is shut down just like Buttonwood had been. If something happens to my mother, I will bring my lawyer into this matter and have legal actions brought against them. If you value the life of your loved ones, DO NOT SEND THEM TO THESE APATHETIC EXCUSES FOR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. They are all hacks and probably received their DMDs in a Cracker Jack box. Avoid at all costs!

I went there twice over the same tooth, got charged each time for an x-ray and a consult even though it was over the same tooth. The first time even though I asked the dentist to take the tooth out, he told me to go and think about it because he wanted me to have a root canal, which I could not afford but at no point in time did I express that is what I wanted at all. I went again after 7 months after they called me back for a followup and when I made the appointment with one of the girls at the desk I specifically told her I would like the tooth removed. They booked me for a root canal, which I did not know until I went there and they told me my deductible was 529. So for a tooth extraction I though $5.29 seemed right. She gave me the receipt slip to sign and long behold it was 529.00 for a root canal. My heart dropped. I am still trying to fix this problem. The girls are nice there, dont get me wrong but the Dr I went to was so crazy. He was erratic and nonsensical. Went their twice for the same tooth and still that tooth is in my mouth. Told me I had to see an oral surgeon and that it is $90 just for a consult. So no promise it will not even be taken care of at that point. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone and hope they get to read this before going.Im getting a real dental insurance where I dont ever have to go there, ever again. Even if they will do all my dental work for free, I would never let them near me again.

I went there for myself when I found out they accepted my insurance. My kids have both gone there and while I dont care for the "big office feel" it was better then my other choice. My tooth was cracked off and was cutting the inside of my cheek. When I called I specifically asked if they took my insurance, was told yes. My "emergency appointment" took 2 days & when I finally got there, asked again about my insurance, was told yes, sat down and filled in paperwork I was then told they did not accept my insurance when I handed my paperwork in. The guy (who was new) apologized many times but it did nothing to help my situation since I was now either screwed into staying and paying out of pocket or trying to find someone else to fit me in. I stayed; the dentist filed the tooth down and I found someone else to finish the work. I was told my teeth were so bad it was like trying to clean windows on a house that was falling down. To counter this, the staff are nice to me, they know me from my daughter but overall Im not happy. The wait is much too long (a GOOD hour most days) & I do not care for the actual set up of how the dental chairs are close together. You feel like you have no privacy. The Xray lady is very nice, always has a smile.

I went to this denstry for the first time on Monday. They took a full X-ray. My gums were sore in the back of my mouth and they took additional X-rays. I couldnt understand why since they took a full X-ray. Then I was told they had to deep clean my teeth and the cost would be 208.00 for the first quadrant, which included 49.00 for antibodic injections. Today, Wednesday, I had the second quadrants done, which cost an additional 156.00, total 364.00. Which I thought the pricing was excessive. Has anyone had a scaling, if so what was the cost. I have good insurance through the state and I felt like I was being ripped off. Staff was nice, but something did not seem right. Most dentist offices that I have been to, the Dentist has an active role with the patient. This Dentist seemed detached. I was also told that my molar had a cavity and it is in a difficult place to put a filling. I was advised to have it removed because it was not worth filling or if its not bothering me to come back when it begins to bother me. No Dentist has ever told me that. So at this point, Im very skeptical about this Dentist practice, not sure if its the right place for me. If anyone can recommend a good Dentist please advise. Thank you

Sad to say that this office is very disorganized. Had a confirmed appointment to see my hygienist (great person though) but she left before my appointment time. NO ONE called me to cancel my appointment!! Rushed from work, arranged babysitting for my kids, ONE HOUR DRIVING to get to this office only to know that my appointment was cancelled and no one had the time to inform me...all I heard was that they were too busy and didnt had the time to call me....like I have no value as a customer for his office...how disappointing this was. Called the manager the next day, he apologized but did not showed any effort in keeping me and my family as their customers. In my opinion if he wouldve have any intention of keeping us as customers he shouldve at least offered one of the service they do for a discount price or offer any incentive to make us happy since they were the ones who failed. Now we decided to move to another office which is great in customer service and have great professionals.

Great Dental Office. Very helpful staff. I was there a few weeks ago to have a tooth extracted. I met with the specialist. He was extremely kind and patient! However it was right before the holidays and I was not ready to have my tooth taken out. Today I received a phone call from the office asking if I wanted to come in for extraction tomorrow. I am out of town right now so I advised the receptionist (Shayna) that I would give her a call back when I returned. I am very impressed that she followed up with me to have this tooth taken out. She was very polite and professional. I feel like they actually care about me. Like Im not just another patient. I gave the office 4 out of 5 stars only because cause it needs a lot of work done on the facility. The staff there is awesome!
