These idiots overbook like a mismanaged two bit airline. I had an appointment scheduled 8 weeks in advance. Upon arrival, the waiting room was filled with patients and I was told it would be an hour and a half before I could be seen. This was 5 oclock on a Friday folks. The facility is dirty and run down. The receptionist was indifferent and the dentist was nowhere to be found. They told me if I didnt want to wait I could re-schedule but it would be another 6 weeks before their next available appointment. Are you kidding me!? Never going back there. Unprofessional and disgusting.

We are using this dentistry for last 6 years, and we have never regret about it. Dr.Meskin and all his staff are very professional, friendly, and well organized. Dr.Haimov made implants for my wife, and everything went perfectly. My periodontitis was completely cured in quite a short time. We always make an appointment for the next visit right at the end of the previous one, and we never wait for more than 5 minutes when coming to the office. Prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend this dentistry!

Today I had all my wisdom teeth taken out and the staff was amazing. The dentist was really nice and explained everything that I would be feeling so I would not freak out. He worked really fast and did a good job. The dentists assistant was very sweet. I was really scared so he talked to me and helped me calm down. During the initial part where they numb you, it was a little painful for me but he reminded me to keep breathing and told me I did a good job. He was absolutely the best.

The dentists are competent. However, this is the most rude and immature front desk staff I have ever seen. They treat most of their patients with contempt at best, if they even take their time out to get off their smart phones and actually deal with you. The patients are treated as a nuisance. Very sad for otherwise competent dentists.

I have always been apprehensive of going to the dentist, but since I have gone to dover family dentistry my experience has been great. The staff are friendly and extremely professional. Dr. Li was great, the procedure was over quickly and painless. I highly recommend Dover Family Dentistry. Best dental experience I ever had.

This is a great dental office.The receptionists are very organized and helpful; they answered numerous questions about my insurance. The doctor got me in fast, did a very thorough exam and cleaning. I was impressed by the staff and facilities. Very professional.

Ive had 2 appointments with Dover Family Dentistry. Dr Meskin and his staff were extremely helpful, courteous, professional and respectful. I hadnt been to a Dentist in a while and they made me feel perfectly comfortable with no shame or pressure. Ill be back!
