If youre anything like me, going to the dentist can be stressful. Ive always had issues with my teeth and take full responsibility for not always taking the Best care of them. Ive been to several dentists for various reasons over the course of my life. Dr. Kao is by far the Best dentist Ive ever had. Hes extremely knowledgable and passionate about his work. Hes also extremely patient and his work is impeccable! His staff is always extremely friendly and 100% on point! Cristina, one of his great receptionists, is Amazing and goes above and beyond her role to ensure your personal satisfaction. And as far as $ is concerned, Dr. Kaos office is beyond fair and will work very hard to get you the best price possible utilizing insurance, if you have it, and/or various dental plans. I recommend and trust them 100%!!! Thank you Dr. Kao!!

Dr. Kao at West Main Complete Dentistry is wonderful. I am not someone that normally does well with dental procedures. I have a good deal of anxiety with it and have had bad experiences in the past at other dentist offices. But Dr. Kao is fantastic. He is very patient and understanding; very gentle and clearly very knowledgeable. He is the best dentist I have ever been to. Also, everyone else that works in the office is very nice and helpful as well. I have had nothing but good experiences there. Trust me, if youre looking for a new dentist - you have found him. You wont regret it. He is and will remain my dentist for a long time to come.

Dr. Kao lives up to the name as the Gentle Dentist! He took a look at my teeth, told me my best options and then checked with my insurance to see what they covered and came up with a game plan. He opted to save my tooth instead of a root canal and really took his time building up a post for a temporary crown. Along the way he explained what he was doing and asked if the pain or pressure was too much. If I experienced any pain, he would stop and reposition to minimize discomfort. I referred him to friends already and will refer him to everyone!

Dr.Kaos Dentist office is one of the best ever! I am a huge baby when it comes to teeth pain and EVERY single associate that works in the office is very gentle and caring. They are very helpful when it comes to question about my insurance. I have never even had to call my insurance because they make sure they have every answer for me. I have used them for 4 years now and I send anyone i can to their office.
