My trip to the office went very smoothly. Walking into the front desk, I was greeted with a smile and the staff knew me by name. I had an issue with insurance and it was taken care of rapidly. I only waited 5 minutes to be called back. My cleaning/x-ray went well as my question was answered and we had a friendly conversation. The entire staff made my visit great

Have been going here for years! Probably not no more though! They use to be a transparent dentist office, WTF happened to you guys? Randomly cancelling appointments, and not telling the client? Come on!
