ATTENTION! Please note that our office has never had a patient by the name of JASON SKEETER and also everyone has to understand that every medical/dental facility sometimes have waiting time, because urgent situations may occur, some patients do have emergencies and complications do arise. Our doctors do their best to pay the same attention and provide the same quality of service for each patient. And we have to understand that good quality does require time. We always try to do our BEST and treat patients in urgent/complicated case, especially for kids. Patient NASIA MURRAY was treated in our office back in January 2016 for cavity treatment and did sign a restorative consent form where it says that there is a possibility fillings may fall out due to many factors. Our staff was never notified for any complaints or concerns from this patient before June 2016. Also in the matter of fact, patient did call after 6 months and was scheduled for fillings retreat but the appointment was canceled by patient. We are more than sure that if the patient would forward her concern to our manager or supervisor they would do whatever they can to satisfy the patient`s need. I wouldn’t trust any review from a person that leaves only negative/one star reviews. All reviews that Nasia left for other businesses are negative and not a single positive. I started going here in February 2016, but decided to leave a review today after having an extraction done. Crystal, the receptionist has always been incredible! When you first walk in, shes a breath of fresh air in an environment Id rather not be in. (I hate the dentist!) When you call for anything, she always makes sure to work with you, and shes always so kind and polite. We need more people like that in the world! The dental assistants are all amazing. They always make me laugh, and keep me feeling at ease while my anxiety is at an all time high. When I had to bring my daughter with me, they were so kind and sweet to her, and had her feeling like a million bucks when we left! Today, I had an extraction done, and I was feeling extremely nervous. I had a new dentist I hadnt met before, and I was upset and scared. The dentist was not only the kindest man, but he made me feel totally comfortable. He explained the procedure and the aftercare and made sure I understood everything. He helped me feel totally okay with what was happening, and I left there feeling better than I did when I came in. I didnt think I could ever have a pleasant dental experience, especially when I was already very upset, but he was amazing, and Im forever thankful for him. Thank you to everyone at HI TECH DENTAL for dealing with me, always making me laugh, and keeping me at ease when Im ready to bolt out the door. I truly am thankful for all of you.

If youre looking for a nice and comforting dentist and a friendly staff when it comes to your mouth, this is the place to go. I had an extraction done and had no insurance and they took care of me as if I had the best insurance in the world. Most places will treat you as if you were a red headed stepchild because you either had no insurance or bad insurance. Dr. Viji I believe is a total sweetheart and I told her straight up I dont like the dentist and she laughed and said I dont like the dentist either lol. She took her time with me and showed the most care. Oh and their prices are amazing if you dont have dental coverage. I usually dont like new pop up dentist offices because I havent seen the reviews or know anybody whos gone or been there before, but I was in so much pain and my former dentist was gonna charge $160 for the visit and thats not even including the extraction...are you kidding me lol Im glad I called them and expressed my concern and ongoing pain. The best part of the phone conversation was when the receptionist asked me, "how fast can you get here?" At that point, I knew they understood my frustration. I think Im gonna like it here

I was looking to transfer to a dentist office and just stumbled across hi tech dentist during my google search . I wasnt sure if Id like the place because I remember it being the old neighborhood store a while back but boy was I wrong !!! This place is awesome they are all so kind and the doctor who does the filling, extraction and etc is so great including his assistants! For once in my life Im actually following back up to get more cavities taken care of my old dentist office couldnt get me numb to pull my tooth I was stuck multiple times . I came here with and infected tooth and he only stuck me twice but made sure I had more then enough numbing meds. And bam!! Tooth was gone I didnt feel any pain ! If you been thinking m about this place I assure you go !!!! They are great and I hate the dentist office but this place is different!

There really isnt anything negative to say about this office. Its so rare to have a pleasant experience all the way around, office staff included! I was in so much pain. Went to a previous dental office and they didnt even fix the cause of my pain. This is my new family dentist, for sure! The dentist immediately got me out of pain, and he was so pleasant and patient with me. Also, sensitive to my anxiety disorder! Did I mention how clean this place was? If youre looking for great dental care, this is the place! Its been almost 24 hours after my procedure, Ive gone from taking painkillers every 4-6 hours, to taking absolutely no pain meds! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

My experience at this office was wonderful. I received excellent care from their staff. They were comforting, skilled, professional, and over all very kind. The dentist preformed more than one extraction and I felt confident in his work and he was able to do it with almost no pain/discomfort to me. I have major anxiety when it comes to dental procedures. The dentist was very patient with me and the dental assistant sat with me reassuring me and wiping my tears (caused by anxiety and not pain). I would and have recommended this office to anyone in need of care. They deserve 10 stars!

The dentist was great but the technician took sooooooo long to fill my cavity. She complained about the location of the cavity, the tools in the office and said it was to small to have even dealt with, needless to say it was unnecessary pain and the filling fell out. I called and left a message and NO ONE returned my call. She knew she did a shabby job but was frustrated. I was chewing gum and this crunchy hard thing was in my mouth. At work with a client and this happens. I wasted a lot of money and time. Dont go to this office, I would hate for anyone to have the experience I did.

This was my first visit at Hi-Tech Dental for my children. I am pleased to say that I found my new dentist office for my entire family. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants and the doctor were very professional and caring! Every person that I encountered at my childrens appointment were kind, friendly and they made my children feel welcomed. I having nothing but positive things to say about our experience and I will recommend Hi-Tech Dental to all of our friends and family! I cant wait to come back!
