Worst dumb A$$ dentistry place in the state of NJ hell worst in the world period. Seriously though they have better dentists in third world countrys. the quote on quote Doctors here & i use that term "Doctors" as loosely as possible waited from 7am to 3pm just to have the jackA$$es here tell me they couldnt pull my tooth because it was infected but didnt wanna give me anything for it not even anti-biotics or Meds for the very bad pain & just took my money & basically said OK now good day!!....FN B/S possible lawsuits in the work if ANYTHING AT ALL HAPPENS No Doctors or Dentists Here just wanna-be quacks who know less about dentistry then my German Shepherd Dog for Christ sake go back to Med school & learn the basics because obviously nobody that works here never did the first or second or third time!!... Complete Morons! Should be called Eastern- Disaster(instead of Eastern- dental) wouldnt even give 1-star but its the lowest that i can rate a complete waste of time& money to basically be told what i already knew!!!..

They tell you lies. Ive called two weeks in advance for a emergency tooth extraction. They said that I could just call Tuesday or Friday mornings and they would take me. I was pretty skeptical about this, so I called a few days before the Friday I wanted to go in. AGAIN, they said absolutely, just call back Friday morning. I had to make sure because I have to take off of work. Well.. I called Friday morning and guess what.. they couldnt see me. They were booked up. WTH! Dont tell me that you are going to see me guaranteed then decline me when the day comes. So I took off a day and am in pain all because the receptionists lied to me. For that, I will NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN and I will tell everyone I know that goes here what crap they are.

There dentist take forever. Every time I go it ends up taking about 2 hours just to get seen. Than about 30 mins to do whatever needs done. This last time I went in I had to get a tooth pulled because it was causing great pain. I went in at 12:45, I wasnt seen or didnt even have my name called till I saw everyone leaving so asked someone and she said they were closing. So I spent 4 hours in a hallway in pain to be told to come back tomorrow morning. Not very professional I would rate this place with no star because this is how its been since I was like 10 like the place has been the same since than I been going here 15 years. Would recommend this place at all only come here cause its where my insurance covers sadly.

I did not realize how bad my teeth had become until I was told by a good friend. I was down to three top teeth with a reverse bite. Dr Slomovitz developed a plan which involved full upper bridge implant dentures Now almost seven months later the implants are in and I have my bite restored. Sue from the staff was terrific in helping me with all the financial and appointment details. I now feel a two hundred percent increase in my day to day functions due to the dental work performed. I cannot recommend enough the importance of dental health in ones life. I feel Eastern Dental of Ewing really cares about their patents. If you have any dental problems you need to look no further then Eastern Dental of Ewing.

Front desk staff is usually helpful and cordial, doctors are knowledgeable and efficient enough, but trying to get a normal appointment is horrendous. Assistances answering the phone are unable to answer simple questions and examination areas are wide open for other listening ears. Although they supposedly have years of experience, I would not recommend this dentist because of their inability to schedule appointments in a timely fashion (6 weeks in advance for a general cleaning) and inability to get patients in and out (2.5 hour wait before I saw the doc. for 8 AM general checkup and cleaning). Its just not worth the hassle...

I have a huge fear of the dentist chair, no actually the whole building, the whole block, even when my phone dials the number my heart starts racing. as where I was very nervous and skeptical sitting in the waiting room as soon as I started interacting with the staff I knew I was in good hands. They took such good care of me and my nervousness there and even afterward - they called me a week later to make sure I was doing okay! It was very nice and considerate.

Terrible my appointment was for 930 am I waited 5 hours for someone to see me.For something that only takes 5min . At that it took me 6 week to get an appointment . Some good dentist , but there some rude one only trying to do rush job. Please work on your bed side manor. Your patient are just as tired as you. When they wait all day. Remember you pick your jobs now act like you enjoy it.

Rude and unbearable : Terrible : customer service, terrible staff, typical for ripping people off. Always wait upwards of three hours even when on time for appointments. They state they are under new Managment but have no changes for the better. Procedures are drawn out and they always over charge. None of the staff knows what they are doing which is why they fire everyone.

It was my first time at this office in Ewing and it took me a while to figure out where to go. They were able to fit me in just before the holiday for a tooth pain. Understandably there was a bit of a wait, having, being that they had to fit me in. Everyone there was very accommodating and pleasant and best of all I left there relieved of my tooth pain. I will be going back.

Autumn who works to help check in patients always has a bright smile on her face, is willing to help everyone with as minimum of a wait as possible, and makes going to the dentist a positive experience. Ive had a wonderful experience there every time, Im able to get right in without any issues. Me and my husband were there recently for our annual appointments and Dr. Slomovitz and Lucy are the best, they made us aware of potential costs for dental work that my husband may have needed, and follow up appointments were scheduled right away! Great place!

The Dentists are knowledgeable and kind, the dental hygienists pay attention to your needs, and the over all feeling of being welcomed when we come in is wonderful! The only reason why I didnt rate them at a 5 is because of the wait. Other than that everyone in the office was extremely pleasant, the dentist I saw was nice, and the oral surgeon that extracted my tooth was also nice and gentle. I would definitely recommend this office.
