Allow me to clarify that I never saw the Chiropractor and that Id been referred by my midwife for care during pregnancy for chronic low back pain and spd. Many of her other clients had given rave reviews and speak very highly of this group. I, on the other hand, encountered poorly managed customer service by a receptionist. To say she was disrespectful is an understatement of epic proportions. She actually laughed and hung up on me over the phone for inquiring about alternative pain management strategies for pregnancy rather than set up a consultation with the Chiropractor. When I came to the office to bring current research literature along with a letter detailing the disrespect I encountered and why exactly I would be interested in alternative pain management strategies she laughed at me in person. Im still in a state of disbelief.

After straining my back in a way that left me in constant and increasing pain for 4 days, I called Pangemanan Chiropractic. I had never been to a chiropractor and was apprehensive. The entire staff was welcoming and very professional and answered all my questions. They told me exactly what to expect in treatment and in the fees. After x-rays to determine the problem, the corrective treatment began that very day and with each following treatment the pain decreased. The treatments were without any prescribed drugs which was my goal. Their modern and professional method of treatment has helped me tremendously.

I have been going to see Mr. & Mrs. Pagemanan for about 3 weeks now and i can honestly say that i was a little skeptical of going and it actually working. But i went to see them because i had lower back and neck pain. Not only did he correct my neck and back it has cured me of any heart burn. I used to have it every other night and i was miserable but i have not had it once since i have been in their care. Also i used to have headaches every other day and to this day i have not had 1 single one! I am just overwhelmed with how much they have helped me! I highly recommend you try them out today!

I fully know the value of the care, treatment and concern that Drs. Arthur and Rebecca give each one of us. You truly get the individual attention you need. These two doctors are passionate about what they do....helping us to feel better and enjoy life without drugs. It is amazing how they both understand "adjustment" and genuinely desire success in healing. Just a side note: I regularly have to reschedule my appointment because of my irregular work. The staff is pleasant to accommodate and eager to work me in....no worries!

I have been going to the Chiropractor for years now. When my children were younger, I took them also and it kept them healthy! Dr. Rebecca is awesome and so is Dr. Arthur....and their children are precious. I highly recommend them to anyone. Choosing Chiropractic care to keep your body in alignment it will be the best decision of your life. And the sooner you get your body back in tune you will be amazed at how great you feel. They are a true God send to all who live within traveling distance to their office.
