We love the health and knowledge weve gained from being treated at FFC! Dr. Jessica treats each of us with a holistic approach, which Im so excited to find around this area. The other doctors Ive experienced around here are typical, unfortunately: just get you in and out after 5 min after youve waited for awhile, theyre so impersonal, and they dont listen or try to get to the underlying problem, they just want to prescribe something that may or may not work. I love chiropractic because its the opposite of this approach and I believe has much better results. My husband has been treated for back problems with noticeable and quick results, Ive been treated for back pain and gotten adjustments during pregnancy, my children have been treated for various things including my youngest for colic. From the very first adjustment her colic improved immensely and has continued to do so with weekly adjustments. Im thrilled! I cant say enough good things about our experiences! She also has great community outreach events and classes on all kinds of topics. Hope she stays in our area for a very long time!

Dr. Jessica is the ONLY reason Ive been able to hold off on a THIRD surgery for disc repair! I have herniated discs in my lower back and have had 2 surgeries to "clean out" the disc space and remove chipped bones from my nerves. I spoke with my surgeon after my second surgery (spring 2015) and asked if I could benefit from chiropractic care. I had already heard wonderful things about Dr. Jessica and thought she may be able to help me. He agreed that it might help to reduce the frequency of the continued muscle spasms around the disc. I had an epidural in late November of 15 and another one in Feb 16 and I havent had one since. I was on the verge of a 3rd surgery in Nov 15 because I was in so much pain and we knew the same disc was causing problems. Dr. Jessica has been able to help me to reduce the pain, adjust me without "cracking and popping" that SO many chiropractors push on their patients and she cares about her patients. We are truly blessed to have Dr. Jessica in this area and pray for her continued success!

I first started going to Family First Chiropractic when I was pregnant to relieve major hip and back pain. Pregnant mamas, go treat yourself! Its a serious game changer and Dr. Jessica is so friendly and kind youll feel like youre visiting a longtime friend. When my daughter was born she had difficulty latching on my left. My husband and I took her to see Dr. Jessica when she was four days old, although at that time my husband was very skeptical of chiropractic care. Dr. Jessica was so gentle and knowledgable. By the time we left her office, my baby was able to breastfeed correctly on the left! She continued to work wonders on my little one over the course of the next few months and we could see the relief and comfort in our daughter following each appointment. Dr. Jessica helped my daughter to overcome many eating and sleeping issues, including reflux and complications from a tongue/lip tie. Her help was invaluable!

Oh where do I begin, Dr Jessica has been absolutely amazing with our family. We first started chiropractic care for our baby for constipation issues and screaming every time she was in her car seat and honestly I was very skeptical that it would work but boy was I wrong. In the several years we have known Dr Jessica she has treated my 5 children, hubby, and myself for all kinds of ailments from ear infection, migraines, back pain, sinus infections, back injuries, constipation, concussion from a car wreck, back pain from a car wreck, and even one you may not realize carpal tunnel! I was diagnosed with severe nerve damage to both wrist and arms, was prescribed a very strong medication that I have now stopped taking because since Dr Jessica has been adjusting my arms, elbows and wrist as well I have had almost 100% relief. Forgive my rambling, but we cannot say enough about the absolute wonderful Dr Jessica. ♡♡♡♡

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Jessica. She has helped me through two pregnancies and is an absolute angel. I recently took my two year old in for a visit because she seemed to be uncomfortable. Without going into too much detail, Weve been trying to figure out whats going on with her for a while now with multiple doctors brushing it off as nothing. Dr. Jessica took one look at her and knew exactly what was wrong and exactly where she needed to be seen. Because of Dr. Jessica her doctor took me seriously and she got the referral she needed! I cant begin to tell her how much that meant to me. Thank you Dr. Jessica, thank you so much!

Dr. Jessica and her staff have been a godsend. She has helped to correct chronic health problems in my children and I would have never survived my last pregnancy without her expertise and superb care! My 9 month old has received regular chiropractic care since birth and is the first of my children to never experience a single day of colic nor ever have an ear infection. He is the happiest, healthiest baby ever. All of my children love their adjustments and really look forward to our visits every other week! We highly recommend Dr. Jessica at Family First!!!!

We love Dr. Jessica! She has been taking care of my son since he was 7 days old with gentle infant adjustments and we wouldnt trust anone else with the health of our children. I had never been to a chiropractor or had a reason to until I started having bad right ear problems including loud ringing, vertigo, and head aches. She immediately mentioned that I may have Menieres disease. She knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. All symptoms went away for 6 months!! I got sick and it started again, she now fixes it when needed :) no surgery needed and only occasional medicine. She also uses an activator so if you are nervous about the popping, she doesnt havent to :)

My family and I LOVE Dr. Jessica! We have seen improvements in so many ways after our adjustments. My youngest son has been getting adjusted since the day after he was born, and he has been the best sleeper! We have noticed a decrease in colds, asthma symptoms, allergies, headaches, sleep disturbances, and so much more. Dr. Jessica is great with our kids, and they love getting their adjustments.
