Since my January 2015 root canal, Ive had 5 permanent crowns put on and 10 or so temporaries, all which fell off within days or weeks, with the exception of 1 permanent that lasted 6 - 7 months. The 3 dentists that have worked on me seem nice and like they are truly trying to resolve the issue but they never can make it stay and the office staff and scheduling people do not care about your time whatsoever. Ive been miscedhuled on so many different occasions. I show up when they say to come after being rescheduled and the doctor doesnt even show up, or he wont be in until an hour later. or the crown has come in incorrectly, so Im taking off work for no reason and nothing is done. Nobody called me back for 2 weeks regarding my permanent crown once, and they never seem to know what Ive come in for, even though Ive explained it over the phone before showing up. ME THE DAY BEFORE "My crown fell off again"....THEM AT APPOINTMENT: "so you are just here for an emergency? Oh look the crown isnt there" they also broke off my bottom permanent retainer (thats been there since 2003) doing a routine cleaning that took three tries to actually make stay again. I lose money every time I take off of work for these appointments that have now numbered over 15-17. The total has mounted into the thousands at this point. Please go somewhere else where your money and time is better spent.

i highly recommend inwood family dental this facility saved my teeth and my life the dentist that did my dental work messed up badly and if it was not for JESSICA taking notice i would have been in an terrible situation this dental facility saved me an lot of stress and pain the dentist at this facility gave me hope and helped me to over come my fears and past horrible dental experiences i just like to say that if you are looking for good dentists in an facility that clearly wants to make an difference and puts you the customer first come to inwood family dental this dental facility will help you with all your dental needs this facility is clean and reasonable when you go to inwood family dental make sure to say hello to JESSICA she is always happy and she loves kids

Dentist here is fine. Whoever does the scheduling should be fired, though. Both times Ive come here, they messed up my appointment. Last time they never scheduled it. This time they moved it by two weeks without notifying me. I told them to just cancel it. Horrible customer service. I obviously dont recommend them, especially if youre like me and have to take off work to go.
