Worse experience by phone ever I was attended by the front desk lady named Christine because I wanna make an appointment for my child , first she told me there were no accepting new patients that I need to call in a couple of weeks, I waited a month and when I called again after made the appointment she asked me what insurance the child has, I told her was Medicaid and then she told me my appointment need to be canceled because they dont accept Medicaid and hung up the phone... I find that very weird because Medicaid is accepted in almost everywhere so my wife called her to ask why they dont accept Medicaid and she was very rude with my wife and told her he wasnt responsible to make an appointment that she need to call next Tuesday... Place looked good for child but after this experience I dont wanna go there anymore and this lady shouldnt be attending the phone.

The front desk lady kristina was very rude with me, she doesnt let me explain for what I was calling, the other lady who I talked before was nice and she make and apoiment for my child, and when I call for reschedule the apoiment kristina refused to do it because that wasnt her trouble and she will contact someone else to make the appoinment and call me back but she never did. When I try to contact her again then she told me that the clinic dont accept my child insurance ( Medicaid) and hang up. This lady needs to work in her inter personal skills . I will call the board of dental specialities to be sure if is true that this clinic dont accept Mediacaid or was just the recepcionist who doesnt want to schedule and appointment for my chid.

Dr. Colter is the best of the best. Amazing dentist & boss! My girls have been patients here for eight years. They look forward to going to the dentist because Dr. Colter and her team are incredibly kind & patient. The dental hygienists & assistants take time to get to know the kids and make my girls feel important and big. The office is extremely well-run with little to no wait time at office visits and personalized attention from start to finish. I love that they accept all PPO insurance plans. We have been so pleased with Dr. Colter for almost a decade and look forward to many more years at All About Kids.

I was so happy that I found this place because it looked like it was a great place to take my child to but the lady that answered the phone was very rude I think her name was Kristine. I called to make an appointment and it was going very well but she asked what insurance I had and I told her that it was Medicaid and she rudely told me that they do not accept Medicaid and to look somewhere else ! I am definitely not recommending this place to anyone !

Dr Colter is amazing. She had such a great spirit. The atmosphere is wonderful for children. I had to take my son there when he was only 3 weeks, because a tooth came in and became loss (he has always moved fast lol) she said he was their youngest patient yet, but she knew exactly what to do and was very careful and patient

Wonderful place, very nice, courteous and helpful. very informative. My son has autism, so its hard for him to adjust to different environments and people. They made the transition so easy for him, he loves coming to the dentist. Very clean nice enviroment. highly recommend!
