Dont go here!!!!Avoid this place!!! I had a 9 oclock appt. it was nearly noon and the receptionist said she did not know where the doctor was? I was like WHAT???? But the bad part about it, is I had to make another appointment, and he still did not see me.HE DID NOT SHOW AGAIN! I am never going back to this unprofessional place so called dentist I will make sure I take my kids somewhere else!!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!! I dont think the doctor even knows what he is doing! HE SEEMED RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my two year old there and have to say it was a pleasant trip. I was nervous but the doctor and nurses set me at ease and referred my to another excellent dentist to do the work while she was asleep. I will be going back for her check up soon. I think a parent with a child that has ADHD should understand how to control their own child in any situation and not expect others to do it for them.

Dont take your child here if your child has any kind of Mental disorder...RUN AWAY...Unprofessional, doesn’t know how to handle difficult situation with younger kids that have ADHD..4yr old with ADHD that spit on the floor ,after being held down by four people got yelled at by Hygienist.. Very unhappy mother that is not on Medicaid....

This is the best dental office in Dallas. They actually care about you and your familys health. They are always professional and courteous. Must important of all there great with kids. They have the gentle care that some special children might need. My kids love rje dentist thanks the Dr Jernigan and his entire staff.

Love James M. Jernigan, D.D.S. and his whole staff they are truly the best at what they do. My whole family has joined the office and they have the skills and they love for what they do to change the image of dentistry. I wouldnt dare go anywhere else no matter how far I had to drive its worth it.

Love how well the hygenist explain everything to my 4yr old son who was getting treatment ..she took her time showing him all the tools ..the Dentist was very patient and explained everything to me! Always been seen on time!

They were very rude to me and my mouth is a mess. When asking about my medical history, the receptionist said "so no AIDS or anything?" I found that appauling.
