My experience with The Joint Chiropractor in Lakewood has been excellent. Ive received around 7 treatments and have had significant pain relief in my lower back. I will continue to visit the office for follow up adjustments to keep my spine in check. With my working-mom schedule, walking in for an appointment that is convenient for me, and not having to deal with the hassle of trying to convince my insurance company that I do in fact have pain (and need coverage), allows me to remain proactive in taking care of myself. And at $12.25 a visit, I can afford to make this a commitment. Its a no-brainer. The office is modern, immaculate, and Im greeted with a smile, which is nice. There is virtually no wait time to be seen. Dr. Millan is professional, skilled, compassionate, and thinks beyond the obvious symptoms for a nice balance of alternating adjustments, insights and suggestions. Hes got a terrific attitude and is genuinely caring about peoples well-being. His adjustments arent jarring and I appreciate that he really listens to you when youre explaining (or complaining) about your pains and aches. Plus hes an all around nice guy! Youre in good hands here with Dr. Millan at The Joint.

Great location. Nice people to talk to and work with. The joint also has a very open and friendly atmosphere that makes you comfortable going in for adjustments. I have been to multiple practices in a few different states and I must admit that The Joint is very good. Dr. Smith is wonderful. She takes her time and explains the procedures and goes above and beyond with teaching stretching and sitting techniques. I never feel rushed in and out when she is available. Great prices as well. I highly suggest stopping by for some work.
