Dr. Adam Sandahl (chiropractor) is awesome. I wasnt a believer until now. I came in for hip problems from an accident, and man it was jammed up. I havent found anyone that could help relieve or loosen it. After the 5th session, my hip stopped moving as much. A bit scary that he knew from just my neck but he was able to know I had headaches from the sound of my neck tension, it was a horrendous sound (means it needs work to loosen it). On top of that, he relived me of "barista" pains that starts in one place but affects rest of top body like neck, shoulder, elbow, upper back. Again, I came in for hip and car accident stuff but he was able to help with items apparently I didnt realize could be relived until proven wrong after a couple sessions. Hes consistently checks and does your whole body so hell know whats going on. I definitely got educated about chiropractor sevices. Its body maintenance. Similar to teeth cleanings so you dont get build up, or for checking and fixing cavities. The body and joints jams up, after xyz years it gets difficult to loosen. Better do it now!! I had a bad connotation before about chiropractors. My past experiences of over 3-4 chiropractors made me feel like a conveyor belt going through the process of 3 cracks and 10min automated massage, didnt get anything from it and just thought thats just normal. But Dr. Sandahl does and checks the whole body down to the fingers, and pays extra attention to comments. Thanks to Danny (acupuncture) for the referral. Brittney (first person you see :), is super friendly and is great at reminders. Thanks PCH Chiro family!!! (Aka Marketplace chiropractor, old name)

I have been to numerous chiropractors in orange county and have never received the individualized care that Dr. Sandahl gives. He is not your crack the back and neck and away you go kind of chiropractor. He takes the time to find out what your body is doing and focuses on correcting alignment. The front office staff is easy to work with and very friendly. I highly recommend pch chiro. Even if you are happy with your current chiropractor, he might find something your current Dr. Missed, and now you feel even better. Thats been my experience.
