My mother was treated horribly here. She went in for a referral for a hip replacement, this office kept our family waiting for 3 weeks while we took care of our mom, in sever pain... They finally decided to call us back (after numerous fails)just to let us know they would not take my mom as a patient. They had no explanation and would not return our calls. The woman up front was difficult to deal with and was clearly out for the paycheck. I wouldnt take my dog to this office. What an unprofessional joke... Update: come to find out...my mother had a low paying medicare plan and that is why this joke of a dr. Wouldnt take her. This dr. Is out for all money and no heart for the patients in need...

Dr. Gladhart is honest with his patients. He will work with you to understand the issues and options. He is truthful to his patients . He has an excellent ability to determine your issues and track your vital lab work. He is the family doctor that we all need to know. Dr. Gladhart utilizes the same first time visit request to pre-print your patient information and bring them with you, as do most of the Arizona doctors. That gives you the opportunity to look over your documents, locate what you may need or forgot - a much less stressful first visit than trying to recall your medical history in the office at the first meeting.

You have to print new patient paperwork at home, then drop it off. We then waited two weeks for them to calk and schedule the appointment. When they did not calk us, I called them to be told the Dr. would not see my husband "because he couldnt meet his needs". No further explanation. I believe we were refused service because my husband is on medicare only (low pay) and is being treated for chronic pain. Basically, rude, unreliable, and judgemental without knowing the full details.

I have been seeing Dr. Gtegg Gladhart for many years. I have had no trouble with scheduling or getting to see the doctor himself. This is an absolute top-notch facility with excellent employees and a group of people that care about my medical needs. Would rate them 6 stars if there was an option to do that. Karen is also the best Chiro have ever seen!

when our grandson was visiting and got a terrible ear ache, no other doctor would see him. We did not want to pay the exorbitant prices for urgent care. Dr. Gladhart not only fit us in without being established patients, he was kind, gentle and thorough. We got the medicine we needed and needless to say, Dr. Gladhart is now our family doctor.
