7/20/15 I was looking for a new primary care physician, since my doctor of several years decided not to business with my insurance carrier any longer. Yesterday, I was my first visit with Dr. Price regarding a chronic cough and pain under my right shoulder blade. I explained to her that I thought I had pneumonia, since these were the symptoms I had the last time I had pneumonia (I know my body). I specifically wanted an x-ray to rule out pneumonia, since we were going out of town in two days and would be gone for two weeks. She told me "she" would assess whether or not an x-ray was needed. (Keep in mind, I was more than willing to pay extra for an x-ray if my insurance company would not. You agree to this when you sign the paperwork.) She told me people my age dont usually get pneumonia. I found this odd, since I know of several cases of this happening to people my age, me included. She then gave me a breath test, a breathing treatment, and another breath test to compare the results - then told me I had asthma. I immediately left there and drove to InstaCare and requested an x-ray. I had a slight fever, they listened to my breathing and gave me an x-ray. Pneumonia clearly showed up in my right lung - it was throughout the entire lower lobe. They gave me a shot, a prescription, and sent me on my way. This was yesterday. Today, Im feeling so much better and I know tomorrow will be even better because of the correct treatment. Her misdiagnosis could have made me really ill and definitely would have ruined our get-away that had planned months ago. Thank goodness I didnt listen to her. I gave two stars because she is very nice and made an effort, but the trust isnt there for me. I will now pay out of pocket to go back to my previous doctor.

We had an awesome caring Doctor that we (wife and I) have been with home for 20 years. He was almost like a family member. Then just recently he left Grainger for whatever reason. Wasatch internal medicine was good to their patients, also. So now my doctor has left Grainger and they was going to follow me until my doctor was established somewhere else. My dr was treating me for severe pain caused by RA and other stuff. At first their Nurse Practice... told me they would take care of these issues and fill my prescriptions. I got 1 prescription for pain and a month later she only gave me 15% of what I had been taken and she was told that was all she was aloud to give me and then there done with me. Now I need to find another doctor before I can go back to my favorite doctor. So basically Grainger could care less about their patients and wont back them if there doctors leave. To add insult to injury this is a second doctor my rheumatologist to just up and leave and Grainger told us youll need to just find another one. They dont take care of their doctors any better then they do their patients. It only took 8 months to find another RA specialist. In a lot of ways Im glad Im not there any more. Since Grainger took over Wasatch, I felt like I was walking into a cattle yard all lined up waiting for our vaccinations. Pretty cold hearted!!

Have to agree that while Dr Price is a nice doctor (though seemingly her schedule is so overbooked, that wait times can be excessive), that the billing practices of this company are HIGHLY suspect. In addition, their online portal is completely useless for appointment scheduling, personal health information from the doctor, or accurate reporting of ones account balance, or payments made. This company refuses to mail statements, and cannot clearly explain itemized line by line charges when speaking to their billing department. In addition to what appears to be egregious over-billing practices, they will initiate collection services/calls to you without sending a statement, and before insurance EOBs are mailed. If not outright illegal, it is certainly a completely unethical practice, and erodes any confidence I had in the business. Dr Price was suggested to our family by a close friend - but due to their very underhanded and aggressive billing practices, we will not return. We would advise anyone looking to use their services to do thorough research before deciding to use Granger Medical Clinic / Wasatch Internal Medicine. Patient beware!

I like my doctor, Tom Barman, but the office makes so many mistakes, I have to find care elsewhere. They are disorganized, mixed up doctors orders and sent me for the wrong test, did not answer my phone calls or that of the testing place in St. Marks. The office is so incompetent they called me 3 times to ask me where a test they scheduled would be. They fiddled around with an appointment that was 6 month out until their lab staff was gone. Then they realized they needed blood and another incompetent could not get a stick after 3 tries and I had to return. I demanded to speak to the office manager and she could not have cared less. I am going to report them to whoever in the state oversees medical clinics. In 2 visits, they made 3 mistakes. I will not give them a third opportunity to ruin my care another time. Worst outfit I have ever seen.

I love my doctor, I love Margret, but your BILLING SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im going to contact anyone who will listen and have a federal audit requested, of not just my billing, but every ones. YOU failed in answering my questions. YOU send me out dated billing information and YOU have over charged me for about $350.00. NOW find out where you went wrong and email me all the office Directors names and email address. You bet Im upset. Im tied of your merry go round. Erin Knowlton

Doctor Randolph (Randy) Cate, is now poor doctor , after going to him for years he sends me a LETTER telling me that he is dumping me, without any warning or any explanation. Also wrote I cannot use any other doctor in that practice. (Wasatch internal medicine) and (Granger Medical) So I would NOT RECOMMEND him as a doctor to anyone and give you a warning that he could just Dump you and throw you away anytime. I very sad to be treated like that after all the years I went to him.

These doctors do not care for the well being of their patients. All they care about is policy and money. They tell you one thing and then go back on their word. I have never experienced such carelessness for patients from a physician before in my life until this medical group. Its down right disgusting. You would think doctors whom are trained for the well care of others would know better, but I guess not with these people.

was sent to the worst collection firm ever. was making payments on a bill that should have been submitted as my annual check up that would have been covered by Cigna. They gave me some bs excuss that since the doctor and I spoke about something, it made the visit something other than the annual check up. So I set up a payment plan to pay them and was not notifies that they were sending me to coolections.
