Re: Wolpert - Son came in for a routine physical, asked a question and then was charged more for the visit because the doctor answered the question.That turned it into a "Level 2" doctor visit. Son was sent a bill for what is a 100% covered exam. SO.. beware! Ask this doctor a question and you will pay for it. I need to also note that I have had annual exams for decades and have never once been charged for the privilege of having the doctor answer one question. I might add, throughout the exam this doctor asked my son "Any questions?" I know because I was in the room. Avoid this desperate doctor.

I HATE making appts. Im always on hold for atleast ten minutes if Im not forgotten about or put on the wrong line forcing me to start my appt. process all over again. They NEVER call back when they say they do and dont even know what requires a nurse appt. or doctor visit regardless if I tell them what THEIR doctor told me.

Its pretty good. I never wait long on the phone, the people who answer the phone are always polite and help as much as possible. I like my doc cuz she believes in therapy and diet before going right to meds. These people seem to care about people and not just a pay check.

The front office is always great! Nancy, the NP, has horrible bedside manner, she doesnt seem to care about you, or how nervous you may be. She is not very friendly, and doesnt order the refills you need. I am in search of a new doctor at this time!!

I went inside to make an appointment because it was over 10 minutes to wait on the phone. I stood in front of the window for 10 minutes there were two receptionist they just looked through the window and never acknowledged me
