I have been a patient there for a few years.I like the doctors. I dont like the front office staff.I think they are unorganized.I also feel that they dont have any compassion for the patients.I had a call from my doctors medical assistant a few months ago about test results and she told me I had to go to a specialist and it would take about a month to get and appointment, so I said ok .After a few months I didnt get a phone call. Then out of the blue I received a phone call, it was Laura from front office she was the manager. I ask her why am I get a call so many months later she said they dont have a referral person anymore so thats why it took long.she gave me a number to a specialist and for me to wait a least a half hour so she can fax over my test results then call and make and appointment. I waited till the next day to call. The receptionist never received anything. Now Im frustrated , I cant make an appointment with my info being faxed over.I just hope its nothing really serious whenever i see this specialist because then i will have to call the medical board. Its a great office but there is a staff member who forget what her job is and what she went to.school for. You dont tell you pataints its there job to know if there insurance takes there plan. Ylu need to she needs to realize that people are sick and bizzy with there life as well. What is medical billng coding grads do. They.figer out why or if your insurance is still taken by the office. Dont be rude and tell your patient is their job to know. So your telling me that ee have to call our insurance ever day before we see out doc. No thats there job sitting behind that desk. I personaly know a billing and coding friend who got there lil degree. It took 30 mis or less for another girl to.get.on the phone and figer out what.was wrong and it was fixed really quick. Thank you . I sure hope the ride one learns matters. Im sure she not all that bad but she needs to learn to have better people school. God bless

I used to love coming here and recommended many but I will not be returning after today. I went in and for the first time in a long time I was actually brought back to see the doctor right away. I went in with several issues, one of which has been on going, and one that just happened. I was literally seen for maybe 10 minutes by the doctor which hardly listened to my concerns and was sent on my way. Btw, I was called the day prior and was told Id have a procedure done for the same appointment but when I arrived they had no idea what I was talking about. Thanks, I have been coming here for 10 years now but thats good enough. I know and understand that doctors offices get busy but you over book, I cant even see the same Doctor/ NP ever cause Im constantly getting them switched. Thanks for not listening to the patient. I, also, as a medical professional, always listen to my patients. Try it sometime.

I see Renee Ostin FNP. My 10 yr old, KY mom and I all see her and will be loyal patients til Renee retires! You feel like you have friend that happens to be in medicine. I recommend her to everyone! In the 7 almost 8 yrs Ive been seeing her Ive never felt judged or less than. Shes human and she lets you know that. I warn you that unless theres a miracle youre going to be there at least an hour. My avg is about an hour and a half. Shes worth it though. She will take her time and give you her full attention and will listen to you! Some of the office staff and med assistance they have are less than stellar but again Renee is worth it!

Dr. Hiler and his team of doctors and Nurse Practitioners are great knowledgeable and caring. Their people skillss are excellent and they stay updated with the most current medical technology and methods to better assist their patients. Most importantly, they will do everything in their power (especially Dr. Hiler) to get you well and feeling better than ever. He now sees my entire family and a few friends because hes that good. He sees patients on weekends and accepts walk-ins if you cant get a scheduled appointment. I highly recommend going and making him your PCP (Primary Care Physician).

Keela Stanley is a pretty nice doctor but if you continue to have issues expect them to all act frustrated and rude to you. The front office staff is super rude every time i go in there, the wait time is usually really long, the waiting room is packed so full theres no where to sit, and if you happen to experience an allergic reaction to something they give you, dont expect them to be helpful or kind at all, went through a lot of bs, and rude people who acted extremely annoyed just to switch to a different antibiotic

The doctors are great, but their stuff is awful, the ladies at the front desk are super rude, if you cal to make an appointment expect to be waiting on the phone for more than 15 minutes because they take forever to answer the phone, or they hang up on you, if you need to talk to the doctors assistant they never answer the phone and if you leave a message they take days to call you back, this is ridiculous, I seen people that gave 4 and 5 stars these people must be a family member.

I absolutely loved Miss Leslie and Miss Monica, Im sad Miss Leslie left, she truly listened to all my concerns. The office staff however has been going downhill in the last few months. I use to love the office now not so much, Im put on hold every time I call and hold for no less than 10 minutes. My husband also goes and we have been calling and waiting for a referral for a sleep test to be done since JANUARY!!!! No kind of follow through at all.

Very hectic office. Ive had to wait 2 hours even with an appointment before being seen. Decided to give them another try because I understand busy schedules. I called 4/13 and was very pleased to make an appointment 4/14 at 3:15PM. I LEFT MY JOB TWO HOURS EARLY to make my appointment, to find that my appointment did not exist... And it would take 2 hrs to work me in. I will never come back here.

Treatment at Desert Bloom is pretty decent. Now if they could only fix the problem they have with not getting prescriptions filled or refilled. Ive had to go down to the office and pick up prescriptions several times personally after calling 2 or more times to find out why my prescriptions arent being sent to the pharmacist. Since some of my meds are critical this bothers me a lot.

I tried to make an appointment and told them I had just been to the ER two days ago and needed a new primary care doctor. The first appointment available is in 20 days. I asked about why the website says they accept walk-ins and was told that is just some times. Its nice that some people can plan their illnesses ahead three weeks to that they can get an appointment.
