Its very sad when you find a good doctor but the billing office is so lazy and irresponsible that they destroy your credit over a small medical bill. I went to the doctor back in 2014 and NEVER received a statement showing I owed a balance with my visit. I have recently learned (after being turned down by a home loan) that I have a collection from this doctors office due TO A WRONG BILLING ADDRESS!!!!! The doctors billing office didnt even verify with my insurance of my correct address and was sending statements to the wrong address, therefore never getting paid. This collection was NEVER necessary. My family and I will NEVER recommend this doctor due to HORRIBLE customer service and billing agents. The medical industry is truly out for money...not for health or benefit to a patient.

Dont trust your life to these people...my husband went in there with chest pains...the Nurse practitioner sent him home with STEROIDS AND antibiotics..the very next day he had a heart attack and had a stent put in.....Charlene ballnce couldnt diagnosis him because she isnt a DOCTOR

We will not return after 1 visit to Dr. Vaughn the Chiropractor - his staff is awful and billing department is a joke. I do not recommend this chiropractor.
