Dr. Anderson is WONDERFUL. However, the sleep study was horrific. I knew it wouldnt be pleasant but I didnt think it would be this bad. I had to check in at 7:30 pm; they wired me up (which took a while) and then asked if I was ready to go to sleep. SERIOUSLY? On a weekend, I usually am not ready to go to sleep until much later in the evening as i dont get up early to go to work. The TV that was available was way too high for me to even reach and they didnt have a remote. The assistant called in another assistant to actually turn on the TV, and he was very RUDE when i asked him how I would be able to change the channels. Needless to say, it stayed on a horrible movie as I couldnt turn the channel. The study was awful. They hooked me into this box and left it on the bed. Im a side sleeper, but every time I tried to turn on my side, I would roll onto the box. I kept getting all tangled up in the wires. I was miserable...I dont think I even slept enough to get a reading but at 2:00 am, I had to just check myself out of the place. The study is very important, but I was so uncomfortable I couldnt complete it . In my opinion only, if you want to make it a more "doable" experience, then at least try to have things as simple and normal as possible. Asking people to go to sleep early in the evening didnt work for me OR the extremely RUDE male assistant. Have a remote so I can change the channels to something more interesting. I like to watch tv until I get sleepy. Either way, I didnt finish the study so who knows what will happen now.

I like my doctor, he really seems to care (when I can get an appointment that is)..but the office staff is unprofessional and uncaring. I have waited over 6 months to get MRI results!! Trying to have a prescription refilled is a nightmare and when I call someone in charge..the BOSS seems not to care either about the areas her staff is failing in... miserably! All of these rates and reviews are completely accurate..Im sure even the 5 star ones are too, not everyone has bad experiences...but my experience in the 2 years Ive gone here has never been 2 star worthy. Management really needs to start evaluating their staff much closer. Offices lose patients 90% of the time because of staff..not doctors! Please try another office if your reading this...your best interest is not at heart here! This is my last appointment here today..Im moving on!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Yep, forget all the BS you read here. Treat people with respect, kindness, and overall a smile on your face and you will always get that in return. If you are saying the staff is "ghetto", unpleasant, this/that then you are not any better than writing the review. Your time and effort are better used elsewhere. Dont be apart of the problem, be apart of the solution. The staff was great with me, the appointments worked for me, and my sleep study was great. Dont go in expecting some 5 star resort or top-of-line mattress. You are there to get evaluated based on "normal/average" conditions. I had no issues what-so-ever, EXCEPT, for the 500 page document I had to fill out. I understand, its all for legal and medical purposes. Thank you PNSC for providing patients a solution to their sleeping problems.

Ive been trying to resolve the same problem for 8 months because its so hard to get an appointment, then a follow up, then another. They actually canceled on me the first appointment. They never call you back, no matter how many messages you leave, and I just really felt they didnt care about the patient. For some awful reason they wait until you are sitting there to qualify your insurance, so your appointment ends up being super late. Once I got to my doctor he was nice, but its like trying to get over the great wall of china to get that far. Its just not worth the lack of caring by the rest of the staff and the utter disregard they have for your time and well being, especially when the actual appointment is about 5 minutes long and nothing gets resolved.

I love Dr Anderson he is very personable, but trying to get through to his office is so hard that it just gives me headaches and stress, I have tried for hours to get a hold of them. was on hold for 1 hr then hung up on. then called back and have now been on hold for 30 mins this is just horrible. And everytime I talk to someone they say the will handle it and they dont. or will call back and dont. The doctors there need to get new staff cause they care less about the people that come in there. I am epileptic and have had brain surgery. I want to do what the Dr says to do but cant with out the office staff doing there job. Am feeling very stressed over this and tired. What should I do?

Problems with office staff, unprofessional, felt like I was a medical upsell item, order more studies make more money. I have waited a month to get in for sleep study" results ", my appt is on the 28th . Two months to get test results ?? I have requested a return call from dr Anderson, was assured he would call me , that never happened ! I have had a good eexperience with dr Foltz. Unless a monkey flies out my backside, after I get my test results, l will say goodbye to phoenix nuerology ! I will try to find a health care provider that is concerned with my health problems and concerns. .note to the rotten staff...I STILL WANT AN EARLIER APPOINTMENT !!

Horrible office staff. I have been trying to get my migraine medicine refilled for two weeks, resulting in a trip to Urgent Care. CVS has also faxed the request multiple times. Also the Dr. ordered botox for me for migraine treatment but the insurance specialist cannot get approval, saying that she cannot get in touch with anyone with my insurance to provide the medication. It has been four months that I have been told this. The doctor is fine enough, but if I cannot get the medications she prescribes to me, then why am I even going? I will be changing doctors just to get my prescriptions refilled in a timely manner.

Doctor Torzala is the rudest doctor ive ever met. He looks at me like im lying and just want to give me medicine before seeing what is wrong with me. And when i told him the meds where not working he wanted to up my dose. I asked him where there any kind of test he could run on me and the docotr asked me what kind of test he can run. Smh i mean i didnt go to school to be a doctor so how am i supposed to know. Ive had my worst experiences here. Its like they dont care. He starts walking out the room before i even finish talking to him. My patients are very low for this office. I recommend you DO NOT go here at all.
