Camelback Medical Center is the best chiropractic practice I have ever been to!! It starts the minute you walk in the door. Everyone is welcoming and friendly regardless if it is your first visit or your tenth. Dr. Justin is very professional and thorough in explaining your specific conditions and the plan for treatment. He listens to you and reacts accordingly and with reassurance. Daniel and Chris are great. They too are professional but also very personable. They make sure you dont overdo any of the prescribed exercises and are reassuring you are headed in the right direction of recovery. Dr. Brian is not my normal doctor but he did fill in when Dr. Justin was on vacation. You know how it is, you are nervous with someone new but Dr. Brian was great and was just as concerned about my care as Dr. Justin. He too is very personable and professional. I would and will continue to recommend Camelback Medical Center because they really are the best chiropractic care in the area!! Thank you to all of you!!

Before seeing Dr. Bryan, I had a lot of headaches, backaches, and neck pain. After consistent routine visits, my pain is pretty much gone. What I liked most is that he did not immediately start adjustments, but reviewed x-rays and discussed a treatment plan with me first. As far as insurance, he accepts what my insurance pays with a co-pay, even though they are not on my insurances list of providers. He did not rush into treatment and set up false expectations as to what my insurance would cover. I had to wait another day to begin treatment, but it was worth it to know for sure what my out-of-pocket cost would be and what my treatment plan would be. I have not hesitated in referring others to this facility. The staff is friendly and quick to accommodate even my hectic schedule. Great service!

ive actually met and think highly of the owner of this place. their service is great. my husband has had great care at their establishment. the billing department and the owner himself actually worked day and night to get an insurance billing issue resolved. i really appreciated their hard word on getting my needs and my husbands needs met. and working in the health care industry ive recommended this place a ton of times. thank you for providing excellent customer service.

They care for your complete whole body healing. They explain everything to you and will answer any questions you might have. They make you feel important. There might be lots of people there but you are still able to get your care in and there is very little waiting. I love that it can feel like a community with people there to get better but you have your own individual plan. The staff is very friendly and are there and willing to help.

I give you all a 5 star review and then needed to understand how to get the stars shining bright..This was a new twist to what I have experienced in chiropractic and I liked it..I am excited to see how my system responds and I know I need all the b vitamins I can get..so that was a great piece. I have suffered from neck and shoulder pain since 1997. With the help of Dr. Rob and the physical therapy group at Camelback Chiropractic I am 100% better. Dr Brian & Dr Justin are great chiropractors. They work with teamsters and make sure that we are taken care of. Theres a massage therapist on staff who is great & the PA Scott is good. PT staff is so caring. Its just an all around good place to go.
