I get seen promptly. One day I had a bit of an emergency and just walked in and was able to see a doctor almost immediately. I also like the fact that they are tied into the Dignity Health system so that all of our records for hospital visits, ER, family practice, Barrow, etc are all connected. The only drawback that I can see some people having is that your primary care physician is a resident and will only be there a couple of years, then you need to change. However, they are backed up by senior physicians. Also, you are right next door to the hospital.

If I didnt love this place already, today certainly proved how great this place is. I take my son here for his appointments and first, Dr. Shaw is amazing and secondly...I regret not getting the chick at the front desks name because after a mix up not once but twice on ACCSS end, she took the time and her boss to get it all figured out so my son could still see his doctor! One day Ill get her name and let whoever in charge know that she went above and beyond for him. Great place and Id recommend anyone to come here especially with their kids.:)

Im searching for a doctor since I am new to Phoenix. To start, creating an appointment was not a smooth experience. The appointment itself was about 10 minutes late. Then, 50 minutes after the time the appointment shouldve started, the doctor still had not seen me. I walked out.

This is actually my second review. My first review wad taken down. The manager at this place will discuss your health issues and treatment in front of a lobby full of people. This place is horrible.

Never had a problem and weve never waited veey long to be seen nor do we wait long in the room once called back. Everyone has always been friendly and welcoming.
