The worst customer service that I have ever experienced in a doctors office. I showed up early for a 9am appt. I wasnt taken to the back office until 40 minutes after my appt time. Then I sat in the exam room for another 40 minutes until I finally left and demanded my copay back. The office manager couldnt have cared less. I have never received a follow up from the doctors office. Apparently they have more patients than they know what to do with. And losing one means nothing to them. Sorry, but Sonoran has lost my business. I have yet to find a managed doctors group that treats their customers well.

Absolutely horrible. I had an appointment at 3:30 and the Dr would not see me because I did not show up at 3:00. When I got the reminder call I was told once again that my appt was 3:30, which the front desk receptionist admitted to and she still pushed me off and said the Dr Jaquelin Belen would not see me. They didnt take into consideration that I took off work or anything, not to mention the receptionist lied about what the Dr told her. Absolutely inconsiderate staff and Dr.. If I could I would not have given them any stars. What a huge inconvenience smh.

I have been there 3 times now and every time, I have felt like I was an inconvenience to the ladies at the front desk. They were rude and offered no instruction with the tablet or forms to fill out. However, the Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are really friendly and helpful. They spend time with patients and it does not feel rushed. Its too bad that the first impression is such a turn off.

I havent had any issues with the providers here, theyve all been great and helpful. I do have to say though, the reception staff is as rude as they come. Every time I call in, they make me feel like I am inconveniencing them, they give me attitude, and they do not have customer service skills whatsoever. Other than that, the facility is nice and clean, and the physicians do their job well.

I enjoyed my Physician Assistant but she left. Didnt care too much for the rudeness of the doctor I saw. Changing PAs Friday hoping she will be as understanding as my last one. The office staff is understanding. I only had one brief moment where I didnt feel comfortable. But that was something I did.

Lauren in the front offices is extremely rude!!!!!! Ive been going to this place for 5 years and never had a problem!!!!!! Its so sad how one person can damage the company!!!! And Im even more mad that I gave her my personal information!!!!!!!! She doesnt even deserve my one star! So sad!!!!!!

They have best staff from front desk to doctors... Very friendly..very fast..by the time u check in ..they enter your information... In a little time they call my name or my daughter.. I recommend Sonoran medical.. best doctors and nurse practitioners

Dr Skelly is the most competent Dr. that I have ever retained. Even my Oncologist was extremely impressed with her thorough testing. This is the best medical center I have been associated with.
