my family (three generations) has been under the care of Dr Civish for over 30 years. I have appreciated the addition of the Physicians Assistants. and to see a familiar face in the nurses Station (Star) is comforting the addition of staff allows the office to fit in the last minute illnesses and still keep take care of the scheduled patients which is much appreciated the later office hours are needed in these busy times. Dr Civish has been spot on in his diagnosis on multiple times. Thank you for all you do to take care of those in your care and for attending to my aging parents for many years. I have been on the same prescription for three years and the when i called to refill my prescription the receptionist told me that I have to come every 3 months to get my prescription refilled...... no thank you since my first appointment to get my prescription filled 3 months ago cost me 300 dollars after insurance and the doctor saw me for like 10 minutes.... and now that i em coming off my prescription and tried to make an appointment she told me that they are a week out and my body is going thru fly like symptoms and she pretty much told me oh well. the girl at the phone was so rude and I will never go back!

John Nelson is the worst out of all of them. Everything is a joke to him. He told me to just "take my meds" that Ive had for about a year now and they clearly do nothing for me, so I asked him for something new or a higher dose and he laughed. Hes just simply an ass. I literally did not get anything out of my visit. Very disappointed. Extremely unprofessional and they dont care about their clients. Not to mention the front desk staff are also rude and careless. If I ever do go back, there is one person I would see and thats Jackie. She is very fun and caring and will get you what you need!

I was so unhappy until I saw Dr. John Neilson. He is so kind, listens, hes willing to work with you and discuss things, thorough, great bedside manner, understanding, smart, treats you like youre a human being - and is respectful, makes sure all your questions are answered before you leave, and hes the best! If you want someone kind and respectful that knows their stuff - get Dr. Neilson. He is an absolute joy too. His personality puts me at ease. You should never fear going to the Dr. due to a mean Dr. He is THE BEST! So grateful for him :)

Co-pays wrong multiple times and prescriptions called in wrong to different pharmacies several times. Even had pharmacy giving me wrong medication once because Dr. didnt write it correctly so I couldnt get my twice a day insulin for two days because it happened on Friday night. Almost was hospitalized for sugar levels and could have died. Also waiting time is an hour and Dr only available a couple days a week. No Saturday appointments like advertised. Going back to Granger.

this is worst medical center i have seen Billing department a front desk no synchronization very rude to talk with customer have always excuse if there is negative star i have to give that as wall.never call back on issue dispute until call back specially the Billing department.send a insurance claim without checking what was conducting and what needs to be charged.Hopefully i will change my healthcare provider for my entire family now.Must NO to this center now

Actually less than 1. In April I had to call the office 4 times to get the correct dose of thyroid medicatation called into Maceys pharmacy. August 18 I went in for labs. August 22 I went in to see John Nelson. He refused to see me. The assistant t was sent into ask me questions 4 x. I went to pick up prescription on Aug 24 and it was again the wrong dose. Very poor care

I decided to change doctors and wanted to seek a doctor that would take the time to talk with me and not make me feel rushed. Dr. John Nelson was great and so was his nurse. I didnt want to mention his name solely because I didnt want him so busy, but he and his nurse deserved the recognition. The office was great as well.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! Nurses were very rude to my children and seemed to hate their job. They made one of my children vomit from forcing him to get blood drawn for an annual exam. Doctor took an hour before she went to the exam room and spent 5 minutes checking the children. Overall bad experience.

I waited 35 minutes past my appoinment time to see the dr and when he finally came into the room I was offered no apology for the delay and was rushed through my visit. My total time spent at this office was 55 min. Total time spent with the dr? 4 minutes..

My family has been going here now for three years. We have only had good experiences. The doctors have excellent bedside manner and very thorough. I love that they sit and take the time to listen to my concerns. Great clinic!
