My children and I have been going to Johns Creek Dental Care since they opened. The office is easy to find and located near lots of stores and restaurants. The office staff is very sweet and helpful. My children love having Miss Bente clean their teeth, so the staff works with me to set up 2 appointments back to back with Bente, while I see any of the other hygienists. I really like the convenient hours they have available during the week. The office waiting room is very comfortable, and the whole place is clean. We go every six months for a cleaning, and it seems there is always a new machine or device used to help keep our teeth healthy. Dr. Bowns knows how to make us feel at ease, and he is always very friendly and funny. We really like Johns Creek Dental Care, and I have lots of friends who use Dr. Bowns, too.

I walked in & was told that I was 1 hour early. When I mentioned that my appointment was supposed to be right then, I was told that I called and changed my appointment the day before. When I adamantly stated that I didnt, the receptionist argued with me & insisted that I had called and made sure "Kelly" would be there. I then stated that I was a brand new patient and didnt even know the names of the employees. Even after this, the office staff refused to admit their mistake nor offer a remedy other than rescheduling. Since I am a teacher with a 19 month old, it is crucial that my appointments can take place on my breaks and when a sitter is available. I WILL NOT be returning to this terribly-ran office.

I had a great experience. Dr Bowns is very caring for his patients and is very skillful when he takes care of your teeth. He never rushes and always answers your question. The Dental Hygienist,Benta, Kelly and the other hygienist they are great, they do a wonderful job cleaning and making sure all of your teeth are in good shape. Donna and the front desk staff are always willing to help you with your account. Judy takes care of the office and she does a great job and makes sure you insurance is billed and is correct. She is great!! Overall this is the best Dental office I have ever been to, everyone is so helpful and always friendly.

Dr. Bowns & his Dental Team make your appointment a very positive experience ! The hygienists, front desk & office manager work together like family. Their office is friendly, clean & prompt. For a person like me who has always had "Dentist fear", you are greeted with a smile & will leave with one. Dr. Bowns and each member of his staff are all extremely professional and well educated. I have had experience with each hygienist as I have been a patient with this practice 14+ years. All the hygienist take their time to provide the best patient care possible making you feel comfortable during all procedures. I have been going to Johns Creek Dental Care for more than 16 years and I have never once had a bad experience. The hygienists are amazing and they make me feel so comfortable. Through all of the changes Ive been through with my mouth (braces, baby teeth, wisdom teeth, grinding, etc.), they have been adaptable and always give me the best cleaning and procedures I could expect from the dentist. Even when I had fillings for cavities when I was younger and scared about the procedure, I never felt like they neglected my needs. Lots of love for the staff here!

Myself and my three children are able to simultaneously go in for routine visits, which is a huge help for families (such as ours) with busy schedules. Love Dr. Bowns and his staff!! Everyone is friendly and I never have to wait! My kids used to go to a pediatric dentist and they hated going to the dentist. I switched them over to Dr. Bowns with me and they dont mind going to the dentist anymore. They accommodate the 3 of us at the same time and we are in and out. We all have different hygienists and they are all very nice and do a great job cleaning our teeth. I highly recommend Johns Creek Dental Care.

Best dental experience in my life time. Their office is spotless, the employees are experienced and very pleasant. It gives me a feeling of family every time I have an appointment. Dr. Bowns runs on time, takes all the time you need to answer any questions and his work has been flawless. I have had 6 crowns in the last 2 1/2 years and I could not be happier. Strongly recommend this dentist no non-dentist type people!!

I liked absolutely nothing about this dentist. When the dental assistant gave me the tooth paste, tooth brush and floss at the end of the cleaning, the dentist came in and asked "Why are you giving him that? You know hes not going to use it. " He was the most unprofessional, most rude dentist Ive ever been to. Seigal & Dolt, That i see now are much more polite, more professional and all around better practitioners.
