My family loves dental dreams. The first time my 8 year old daughter had fillings done, she had three at the same time. Dr. Hannah didnt even need to use the numbing shot to do it! He just told her if it hurts to let him know, and it didnt hurt her! It was her first time getting fillings! Also enjoy the fact once she was originally diagnosed, we were given the option to get it all or partially done while we were already there! We chose to do partial at the time. Dr. Hannah was so nice to our daughter and by the end of the appointment she was so happy she was laughing! Thank you. The front end staff was really nice too, even for my dumb insurance questions. They offer coffee to drink and water and offer free Wi-Fi. They also have a movie room with surround sound and a childrens play area with video games for the older kids. My three year old had an appointment there also and it was quick in and out and she loves the play area. Thank you, 5+ Stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really do not even want to give them 1 star. The first visit for a cleaning was ok, but the dentist forgot about me and rushed thru her portion of the exam after I had xrays and a cleaning. The second visit was for a filling but the next day it fell out. I went back to have it fixed and ended up leaving after I had waited over 90 minutes past my appointment time. Finally got another appointment and the dentist said that everything was fine, which was false. Then they sent me an outrageous bill and did not subtract the portion that my insurance paid them. I HATE THIS PLACE and will never ever go back.

I have the most horrible tooth pain, but im debating if I even wanna call this place for an appointment. My first appointment was like five months ago, just to get an x-ray and a teeth cleaning. Long story short, I was there for three hours waiting, for what reason I cannot figure out. Im a single mother, I dont have time to myself, let alone time to waste at a dentist office. Im waiting, while staff was just sitting around joking, laughing, and whatnot. Very sad because I live across the street, and it wouldve been very convenient.

I couldnt get a appointment for about 8 weeks or so because the insurance I had. When I told them I had a different insurance plan suddenly I was able to be seen the next day. when I got in to the dentist appointment, I wasnt able to get done what I set the appointment for. Then when I did finely get in they pulled three teeth an sent me home without antibiotics or something for pain relief. I recommend you dont go to this dentist office. If you can avoid it do so. Dont go to dental dreams!

The front desk staff were very rude and disrespectful. The clinical staff was great. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time only to find out I had to reschedule for my cleaning because the front office staff scheduled me only for a new patient exam and not the cleaning I wanted. I was given no apologies for their issues. I will never be back here.

Ok so my first appt it suppose to be an extraction and all I got was a bunch of X-rays. Now my second appt they call me in...I waited 2.5 hours in the back to see a dentist. This place is bad. It looks nice but thats about it.
