I took my 4 yr old to A street dental clinic and had a wonderful experience. I was pleased to find that this dental office doesnt cater to children w/ stuffed animals and television, instead choosing a more professional atmosphere. her treatment, a total of 1 root canal, 1 extraction, and 4 fillings, took one hour (WOW) and was as stress-free as possible. Dr. Tran was very effective at keeping my daughters anxiety and pain/discomfort at a minimum, and saved the extraction for last, as it was the worst part as far as discomfort. my daughter didnt even know she had received multiple shots in her mouth! all the staff were happy to answer questions or explain anything I asked about, though I did notice that nobody volunteered information or explanations unless I asked. overall, A St. dental clinic was a great place to take my daughter, the staff were effective and efficient, and Dr Tran especially receive an outstanding review from me. Thank you for ending my daughters pain, for fixing her smile, and for putting up with her non-stop talking while you preformed your excellent quality work on her mouth. Im still shocked at how quickly you were able to complete so much quality work on a child who wouldnt stop talking or wiggling in such a short amount of time. I look foreword to seeing you again.

Date: 3/27/17 So first off let me just say I am not the person to write reviews. It takes something pretty serious to have me take time out of my day to address problems I have with a business, but today is the exception. Whoever was working the front desk today, you should be ashamed of yourself. Your rude, and demeaning attitude should never take place at a business, ever. I cannot believe that someone would hire somebody that acted the way you did today. There was a mix up with a new dentist office I was trying to find, and the addresses accidentally got mixed up with this office. Instead of being understanding, and helpful, you were just plain nasty. You acted as if I had inconvienved your time. If you cannot maintain a happy attitude while at the work place, maybe you shouldnt work a front desk. Whoever overseas the employees here, please do yourself a favor for your business, and have a little chat with who was working today about customer service, and being friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. So I made an appointment here for my son, I made this in advance and I guess the policy here is that they text you from a paid app, where you pay too, and if you dont or cant pay to confirm they double book you. Just like an airliner I wont mention . We waited and I spoke with manager who, the guy who looks so nice with his family in the pic, basically I make no money on state insurance so policy is you dont confirm we double book. Yep so nice, I said you could atleast apologize I tried to send text but it wanted to charge.me to send, he said again, my sons state insurance aint worth it and I said well are you gonna even see us, we arrived on time for.my scheduled appt I was running late his reply " We will see what we can do." Nope left, take your state insurance elsewhere they dont appreciate people just money, kept saying we r a business, we double book to make sure you come..... SAD

Worst customer service ever. Always new office staff that are just learning and dont know anything... and the one thays been there a while has the rudest attitude... Once you are all with anesthesia they always come up with you needing additional work than what you originally planned for so price off pocket is very high. Their records dont match the right dates of events according to them i came in to make a payment 2 months prior to my appointment ? Be careful.... look for another dentist....

Very pleasant experienced. Both doctors are very gentle, friendly, and patient. All the staffs are very professional and friendly. They have done a very good job providing for my dental care for many years. I had root canals, extractions and crowns done and they were not painful as I had though. The doctors tooth their time to numb me so that it was NOT painful. I am a very happy patient there and will continue to be for many years.
